I am a Navy Gulf war Veteran that has been driving Cadillacs for 25 years. In September 2023 I decided to upgrade my 2010 Dts to and Xts. I found a 2014 XTs on line at Napleton Cadillac on 101st and Cicero. I test drove and purchased the vehicle for over $15k. 2weeks after purchase 3 service lights came on. The cars shuts off and transmission jumps. I returned the vehicle to Napleton and was told by the store manager it was an as is purchase and would cost me $232 to diagnose the car. Stone faced no empathy what so ever I left angry saved up some more money and returned today 11/10/23. I am now being told the transmission control module is bad and it will cost me $2000 to fix.?? AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP they do not stand by there products??

Believe it or not, I had a great experience with Shirey Cadillac but now that it's Napleton Cadillac, I have had the worst experience of my life and I have purchased multiple Cadillac's from this location. I think what I am having a problem with is when places like this allow you to write a review, why are we bothering?What will a bad review do for another customer who wants to buy or get service from this place? As I mentioned, when it was Shirey Cadillac, I never had a problem. Don't get me wrong, I can clearly see that even Shirey had some bad reviews before they changed the name, but how do we get folks to realize that a lot of the problem is not the entire dealership itself, but the people that they continue to employ know full well that they have no idea what the hell they are doing. When the customer arrives at the dealership be it purchasing or getting service, we are always thinking that the person we come in contact when we drive in will help us and not scam us. And when that does not happen, it really does leave a bad taste in your mouth for the dealership. One thing I will say is this, my dealer Clarissa Collins was always helpful to me when buying a new Cadillac. Its a shame she works for such scammers, but I managed to get out of there in one piece and avoided being scammed. Can.t say that happened for everybody else.

I understand there doing some new construction. But for a Cadillac dearship I was very disappointed ?. I don't think I will stop in to check on there Pre-owned inventory. My parents purchase there. ?

My experience at Napleton Cadillac was the worst, I have everreceived. I had an appointment today at 10:00 to check brakeson my 2009 CTS. I had arrived at 9:45. One of my neighbors picked me up so I would not have to wait. I never heard anything.I called around 11:30 & spoke to receptionist. She said she wouldcheck & call me. I did not hear anything. I called again aroundnoon & she could not get an answer from agent. I told her Iwould be in to pick up my car. I arrived at 12:45 & agent told methey were backed up. I had an appointment & I should comebefore people that just drive in for service. I should have beencalled much earlier. I have wasted 3 hours & my brakes were stillnot checked. I purchased this car from Shirey & had all my service performed at this facility. i was never disappointed.I would never return to Napleton for any service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I absolutely LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! From the 1st call with Clarissa and Shannon at 9 am!!! We were able to complete the application online and send over all the documents needed before ever stepping inside the building. We got stuck in traffic and ended up getting there after 6pm and were driving away in our new car by 7pm. The finance manager was super informative and made sure that were understood all our options!!! Not to mention we got an AMAZING DEAL!!! Shannon also threw in a few perks to sweeten the deal!!! ? I give the overall experience a 10 out of 10!!! If you're looking to purchase a Good car from GREAT people Napleton Cadillac Oak Lawn is your place!!! ?

Went in for front end noise. They gave me a ridiculous estimate over $4 grand . Didn’t mention anything to me about a dealer warranty that was still on the vehicle. Took it Rizza Cadillac where everything was taken care of under the dealer warranty. Not only are they unprofessional and grimy. The service managers lack the meaning of customer service. They wanted me to pay cash and never mentioned anything about the warranty on the vehicle. SHADY CROOKS.

Stay away the worst experience at the service department took a 2020 CTS for warranty work the vehicle stayed there for over 30 days charged me for an alignment that wasn’t done properly and the vehicle was not fixed, After pickup sent to Rizza Cadillac and they replaced the differential and done the alignment properly I called Brian and explained and sent him a copy of work order and asked for a refund and he said his superiors declined worst experience.

I had a five-star experience dealing with Byron and Napleton Cadillac. Napleton Cadillac does collision repair for its sister dealership, Napleton Lincoln of Blue Island.I took my Lincoln for an insurance estimate. Byron was very attentive. He took the time to explain their entire process. In addition, Byron had my car washed so he could see the full extent of the damages.Then, I was pleased to discover that Byron had formerly worked at the Eurocollision, my former repair shop. Why didn't I return to Eurocollision? Significantly, I did go there, but upon arriving, I learned Eurocollision sold the business, so I chose to tap into my established relationship with Napleton for this repair.I look forward to a great outcome as I restore my car to its proper condition after being rear-ended, a very unsettling experience.Napleton Cadillac and Byron are a winning combination.Visit them for your service needs. You won't be disappointed.

Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership last weekend I wanted to personally thank Nicole, Russ, Richard, and Aaron for the great service. I flew into town to pick the vehicle up to drive back home. They had everything ready for me so I could be in out and pretty quickly since I had a long drive back home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I appreciate you guys customer service. I would do business with this dealership again in the future! Best wishes!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The customer service is disgraceful. Went in in a Saturday morning to pick up a vehicle, walked in the service door and no one greeted us for over 15 minutes. There were 2 employees standing around playing on their phones and the guy at the service desk didn’t so much as say Good Morning. I finally got fed up and started asking random employees where is the CS Manager only for them to tell me they don’t know because they work in sales…..oddly enough none of them were even attempting to sale a vehicle. The service agent finally acknowledged us after walking pass us several times at his desk only to tell us to see the cashier. Needless to say the Cashier was the best part of the visit she was very helpful answering questions about why charges were listed that should have been removed to to the tune of $300. Went back to the service agent who still was very dismissive when asked where is our vehicle. He was more concerned with the cookies near the vending machine. Before leaving I made sure to let the service agent know that the service there is horrible and why. I hope Judith who I found out was the manager in vacation had a great Thanksgivings because her staff at the service desk definitely forgot what customer service was in here absence. This place will make you NOT buy a Cadillac EVER!!!
