I had a radiator installed in my truck that went bad within 30 days. They stood by their work and put in a brand new radiator. When the original one failed. I have to say I could’ve easily been scammed, but these people are very reputable and I trust them throughout with all of my vehicles in the future thank you so much Spitfire for great work!!!!!!

I brought my 1994 Jaguar into Spitfire on Monday July 21st to have my AC charged. I had spoken with Rich before bringing the car in and he was so pleasant and helpful in informing me about what could be done. I brought the car in and Al was also very friendly and helpful. He told me they would take a look, call me back when he knew what the service would cost etc. as promised, he called back, told me they could do the work, what it would cost and what time I could pick up my car. Great job, and wonderful people to do business with! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again whenever my husband and I have a car problem.

Al and Rich and the Spitfire staff run the best repair shop in the area. I've been going to them for decades. They're honest and direct which deserves appreciation. Honesty is true gold when your car needs repairs.True professionals. They kept my 2007 Honda Civic tip-top for years. Unfortunately, it was recently totaled by a teenage driver. Now, I have a brand new 2025 Honda Accord and am stuck with the Honda dealership until it's out of warranty. After which, I'll be right back at Spitfire as has been my pattern. I will actually miss these guys because they're that good.

Al in the service dept is great . Didnt solve my electrical issue , but wasnt his fault . Diagnosed fault codes and point me in right direction . Upfront about the issues and costs . Had it in twice for the issue , and second time was no charge as even they couldnt figure out what was wrong , and they know their stuff .

I'm looking at some of the reviews that are nice comments. My short lived experience was different. I called a couple of days before to make an appointment. I explained the problems to Rich. I arrived to my appointment only to be told, my Hyundai couldn't be serviced due to the year, make, and model. It's a 2017 Sonata. I was asked by the guy there if I told Rich the type of vehicle. I couldn't remember if I did or if he'd asked. My thoughts were he's the mechanic or owner shouldn't that had been a question for him to ask me. Anyway, I'm not totally sure if this place service no Hyundais or what. I was actually referred to Spitfire by a relative. Who knew.?

Messed up my car worst than when I brought it in never fixed the original problem and costed me 1000 plus dollars would not recommend coming here to get your vechile fixed

I wasn't serviced, I called for service assistance from the parking lot and the man on the phone was rude. So I ledt and was serviced somewhere else.

Every time I bring my car to Spitfire I am greeted warmly and I feel confident that my car will be diagnosed and repaired correctly.I've been coming here for years and also referring Spitfire to both family and friends. Their honesty in letting you know what the issues are with your car and cost to repair stands out the most.Also, I had the pleasure to meet the owner, Rich, without knowing he was the owner today when I came in for service and the shop was open before 7am. To make a long story short, he was very gracious, extremely pleasant and humorous!In closing, I thank GOD for leading me to Spitfire and so appreciate and commend ALL the Spitfire team.May GOD continue to bless you and your business as you continue to perform great service with a spirit of excellence and honesty.S. Took my dad's truck to get the spare put on, got a flat in the area and they were great and super reasonable!!! Took me in without an appt. Would recommend to all, and they have a nice waiting area. Thanks Rich!
