I love all the ladies at Strands. My hair is not easy to cut and I'm always delighted with the results. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Wonderful manis and pedis are available too.

Had my hair messed up twice (paid full price each time) but went back to get highlights. Well... They were orange and not spaced properly. I called and told them and asked for them to be fixed. The lady was rude and said she didn't have time but did in 3 days. So i guess i was expexted to wear a hat for 3 days?!?! I ended up making an appt somewhere else and They were shocked I was even allowed to leave the salon. I paid Strands $145 Not including tip and had to pay $200 to get it fixed. Called to speak with manager but she wasnt in for a week. She called but I missed it so I returned call. This was a month ago and still haven't heard from her. Horrible management and I do expect some sort of reimbursement or I'll be disputing charge with my credit card. Update: the manager SALLY is rude and thinks having your hair ruined by Strands is a joke. She offered a deep condition to make up for it. I have messages and pictures proving I advised them how bad they messed up a simple highlight. But as she said I don't have a degree. The manager belittles you on the phone and just laughs the whole time. I don't know if it's a condition she has but it's not management material

A M A Z I N G ! ! ! We were visiting the "city" from Wisconsin and stopped by Strands. My mom got a facial and I got a pedicure. The pedicure was over the top awesome! Maureen is truly a professional and did what I would say was my BEST pedicure yet! Thank and GREAT JOB! I will be back! My moms facial was really great! She left asking "let's schedule another appointment". The vibe is super chic and all the staff were friendly and engaged- not something you see that often these days! Strands is an A++ !

Extremely unprofessional Manager Sally. My hair was messed up for the THIRD and final time by Strands. What was meant to be simple BLONDE highlights ended up to be orange chunks everywhere. Called when I got home and seen it in real light and told them.The girl was rude and said she couldn't get me in for 3 days! Oh and they wouldn't have time to blow dry it after! Oh how considerate!! What was I meant to do wear a hat to work?!?! Ended up having to go somewhere else and pay more to get it fixed. Then I call to speak to the manager (sally) and she not in... wont be for a week and I guess no one else runs this carnival?! Played phone tag and got nothing accomplished but realizing she has the maturity level of a 9 year old.The manager has the audacity to offer me a deep condition to make up for it but that was it oh and told me I didn't know what I was talking about because I don't have a hair degree. I have more credentials than she can even count! I'll make sure the 300 people I see a week don't go near Strands because of her and her lack of customer service to resolve their mistakes!
