I used to work at T-Mobile when I was a teenager/in my early twenties before I graduated college and worked my way into the Logistics/Supply Chain Management industry. I have experience in my industry in places like Norway, Germany, Japan, California, North Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Colorado and Texas. I have worked with many personalities from very different backgrounds. I created opportunities/success for myself through hard work that started at T-Mobile. I write that not to brag but because I hope the management/employees of this store see this message and I want them to know this review is coming from a professional who can’t help but feel the need to offer some advice - not just in sales but life. The type of coworkers that were unsuccessful back then are the same type of coworkers I spoke with at this store today. The workers here are not passionate about their job. In any other industry that might be fine but in SALES to be successful you must give the perception to the consumer that you are excited to work and SELL them a product/service that you are knowledgable about. The answers I received, facial expressions, and tone of the representatives here couldn’t make it any more clear they do not care about their job. With that said I have advice for both management and employees.Management: If you aren’t already, counsel your employees. Evaluate your subordinates on a regular basis and provide honest feedback. Nobody wants to have a tough conversation but it’s needed to be successful in any team environment. You owe it to your subordinates to make them better. I can tell by the way the employees acted in this store that management has not given them their expectations or done a good job of reinforcing them on a regular basis. And if management believes they have, then T-Mobile Corporate might need to look into providing training or replacing leadership in this store.Employees: For those employees that are working here to save money before getting into another industry or pay for school, I understand because I used to be you. However, beware that the attitude you have here is creating habits that you will bring into the next industry/career path you take. Make sure they are good ones. Use T-Mobile as a place to grow personally in areas that need work and be honest/challenge yourself. Whether that’s working on communication skills, analyzing a customer/product, holding your peers accountable, etc. give your best effort. You’ll be surprised at how these simple skills will transfer over to your next career and regardless of the next industry you get into, you need these basic communication skills to be successful in LIFE. For those employees that are working here full-time and have decided to make it a career, do something else. It’s obvious you don’t like your job. Unless you are in serious debt or supporting a family and NEED this job, life is too short to work at a job you dislike.Good luck to you all and happy holidays

Staff members helped a ton. Also had to talk to a T-Mobile representative on the phone while there. I’m no time I had line added, connected and directed to go ahead and activate my other phones with no sim and was ready to go. Overall, T mobile is my choice for 7 years now. Price never changed! I’ve also added a home internet and so far, I’m really happy with that as well.

Went to pick up a phone ordered through a warranty claim by the 95th and Western store’s technician. The lady there refused to give us the phone and cancelled the order because she insisted there was something in the charging port but wouldn’t care to check it herself. She said “her store” would “take a hit” for giving us the phone. Had to take it back to 95th and Western where they AGAIN agreed the phone was defective and ordered another phone to be delivered there. That woman was on a total power trip. Horrible customer service there. Do yourselves a favor and just go straight to the 95th and Western store since it’s a corporate store and they hold themselves to higher standards than the franchisees.

I needed a new phone and it was very last minute, so I walked up the Tmobile closest to my place. Geraldine was the associate who took care of me and she could not have been any more patient and nice. I needed to transfer all my info over and she was very accommodating, even though just that part took almost an hour she didn't seem at all bothered. There was also another associate whos name I didn't grab (she had pink in her hair) that was helping and taking care of another guest that had a lot of questions and they all were so nice and willing to explain every question. I would definitely recommend these associates and location and I would definitely go back in the future.

Came in to switch from an old Sprint plan to t-mobile and keep my phone number. Even though I was the only customer in the store the 4 employees couldn't be bothered to help me. Stated it would be better if I went to Verizon if I wanted to keep my phone number.

T-Mobile right now has been the worst as far as customer service, my bill is supposed to be 350 and they’re still trying to charge me for a phone that I haven’t needed since December

I went to T-Mobile to return the at home wireless internet system they are offering for Magenta Max customers for $35 a month. I was upset not only that I could not get more then two bars anywhere in my place but the service at the store was ridiculous. First of all a receipt was never printed when it was purchased but it clearly shows up on my account and I was told I could not return it at their store. After calling customer service they said I can return it to nearest store to me. Xavier and Vivian the so called manager seemed liked they just didn't wasn't to be bothered. Don't waste your time with this store or the wireless home internet ..
