I seriously do not like giving negative reviews. This location gets worse each time I've come here the past year. The refrigerated food is a problem, particularly the dairy. This is the 4th time in a row I have found expired items. The first time was French onion dip-opened it when I got home and it was caked and rancid. Saw the date-over a month expired. Second time I looked first before buying. Expired 3 weeks. Third time, I was going to get soup. Expired over a week. Today I bought Brie cheese. Wasn’t feeling great so I just wanted to get home. I am on a soft food diet after dental work. I opened it, took a bite and it was spoiled. So I looked-boom, expired 5 weeks. Seriously, what is the problem? 🤷♀️
I will say the cashiers are always nice, but the people stocking are just failing and act like you’re in the way when you’re simply trying to maneuver around them to get where you need to go. There also seems to be a lot of people working each time I’ve been there so why the problem with expired food? I don’t exactly feel safe in the parking lot anymore. I’ve seen altercations that go on too long and people that look like they’re just waiting to rob you with no security anywhere to be found. It’s gone downhill here in so many ways.

I placed an order for pick up 26oz olay body wash I received 20oz, I paid for 26oz. I’ve called several times and no one answers I tried all departments no answer.

Had an online order that said it was ready for pickup when i got to pick it up my bag was ripped open like something was taken from my bag and one of my items was cancelled. Every other time an item was out of stock i was given the option to ship the item for free. To me this looks like one of their employees took my item and just cancelled it to save themselves. Hopefully someone gets fired.

Target in Oak Lawn needs new Management and new associate that respect their customers/shoppers.
This business is only open because we keep it open by shopping it. By shopping here we help create jobs. The associates working at this target don't help nor want to help the people shopping here. They avoid, hide, and treat you as if you're disruptive to their day. Basically, if you come here they act like you are second class.
If you don't like people, don't work a customer service job. I thought that was common sense, but guess not.
Dirty bathroom, nothing in stock, and Management lets their associates do whatever they want. No sense of accountability and responsibility at this location.
I hope this location closes. It does not deserve to be open at all.

Super long lines with no help from employees to open new lanes to get customers out quickly. No employees available to help customers locate items. Many, many items need to be restocked.
