Customers including myself have been complaining about this branch for years. It's still the worst branch I've ever visited. The excuses are old and no longer persuasive. The wait times are unjustifiable. I have spoken to management about this branch so many times I was given their direct contact information to let them know if the wait times improved. I was told the wait times was due to being understaffed and assured it would change because people were in training. Over a year later things are actually worse. Management stopped answering my calls. Why should you have to wait 43 minutes for a 2 minute deposit. There should be bankers and tellers so Customers with more complex issues don't hold up EVERYONE!!!! This is worse branch ever and because US Bank refuses to address this US Bank is becoming the worst bank ever because they continue to tolerate this horrible service and the disrespect to the customers is obviously ok with upper management. I've contacted management several times nothing has changed. After 30 years with US Bank, I'm done. Taking my business where my time and business is respected and valued.

On 1/6/23, I visited this branch for the first time to deal with my account.
I had an appointment with a banker at 1245. When I arrived, there was no designated sign-in/check-in area (like other banks) for people with appointments. I took a seat near the bankers area. They were all attending to clients, so I waited for them to finish their business before I walked over to speak to someone about my appointment.
None of the tellers nor bankers walked over to see if I needed anything nor asked if I had an appointment. 5-10 minutes after I arrived, an older, Hispanic women walked in and was confused on where to go or who to see about her needs. The tellers, also Hispanic, waited on her hand and foot. They made it a point to ask her if she was ok, if she needed anything. A banker, who already had a client, walked out of her office, escorted this customer into her office and took care of whatever she needed, while I was left sitting there with no word. The banker just walked right by me without inquiring about my needs nor if I had an appointment.
About 10 minutes after this, the security guard for the bank walked in and sat near me. The teller, who helped the older Hispanic customer, called over the security guard, and had him come over to see why I was sitting near the bankers. I could hear everything she told him, "can you find out if he has an appointment or something, he's just sitting there."
As he walked over and began asking the question, I replied loudly "I am here because I have an appointment with Mr. Manny Cabrera. You could have just asked me instead of sending a security guard, you didn't treat the other customer that way." They waited about 20 minutes for the security guard to come back to find out why I was sitting in the bank waiting on my appointment to begin.
Soon after, Mr. Cabrera assisted me. It's amazing that one racial/cultural minority group stereotypes another.
This is the first time in my life I ever felt stereotyped because of my race and it wasn't a white person who behaved that way.

If off brand banks existed this would be the front runner. We made an appointment and showed up early. Our banker was forced to work the drive thru until 30 minutes after our appointment time. In the meantime, the large obtuse security guard decided to ask us if we had business there. Mind you he only asked the Mexicans this. White customers are free to chill as long as they want apparently? Next up was our banker trying to hook us into one of the banks sponsored programs. Once she realized she would actually have to do banker work instead of just having us blindly sign a contract she cut off all communication. Thanks for the service and wasted time and energy US Bank, it’s greatly appreciated.

Severely under staffed. 2 tellers and 1 banker. Still sitting here for over an hour waiting on a banker. Teller line is easily 5-7 people deep the whole time I am here. Can't imagine the drive thru wait times.
Before the response bot comes and apologizes with an AI generated response, my transaction could not be completed online or on the phone. Hire more people.

Have the ATMs ever worked at this location because every single time I try to come here at least one if not both of the drive up ATMs are broken.

I never really do reviews, but waited in drive through line for OVER 45min.. very very very slow customer service.. wasted my whole lunch break from work for a simple transaction..??♂️This branch really needs some help. Very frustrating.

Drive through took over 20 minutes. Under staffed or just really slow reps. Every time I come here it takes forever to get taken cared of. Everyone is nice, but I expect an efficient and fast service when I’m in the drive through or whenever I bank. I switched from chase and it’s night and day of a difference.

This lady refused to help me because I didn't have an appointment. She also refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to call someone above her. I had an issue a few weeks before and the manager never called me either. What kind of place are they running here ?? Awful customer service.
