Some of the techs can be rude. And if you call in you might be put on hold for up to an hour or longer.

Don't get me wrong the staff are friendly enough but they need more help there's always a very long line and one person working the register

People don't understand that pharmacists aren't super heroes they have queues of so many prescriptions to fill, get over yourself, the world doesn't revolve around you. Sorry walgreens for your bad reviews, people are just too privileged.
