I DO NOT recommend trying to get a Flu shot here. I scheduled and Checked-In on time. Waited and after 15mins spoke to the Pharmacy staff and was told they don't get anything in their system when you do it online. So then there is NO point on doing it I'm advance. Then waited another 30 mins to get the shot. Should have got to Jewel Osco instead.

Extremely long wait.times at pharmacy and the check out lanes.
The service here is slow. The pharmacy is always busy, and staff is slow.

Extremely rude. Would mention the guy’s name if I remembered it. I would rather start my medication late than wait around for them to do anything for me.

Attempted to refill over the phone but automated system didn't respond correctly so I called 3x. Each call I stayed on hold for 20 plus minutes before someone hung up the phone without answering. I called the store manager and thank goodness he was able to resolve the problem immediately. I know they're extremely busy, but don't give the option for a caller to wait on hold, if after holding patiently for 20-25 min., the call will rudely be disconnected.

Some of the techs can be rude. And if you call in you might be put on hold for up to an hour or longer.

Don't get me wrong the staff are friendly enough but they need more help there's always a very long line and one person working the register

Please look for another pharmacy to save yourself many headaches.
My wife has been trying to get a refill on her medication since September. It is now October 26. The pharmacy made a mistake and miscoded the frequency of the refill. Because of this, my wife would not be able to get her medication until December without paying out of pocket.
We spoke with our insurance who stayed on the line for two hours while they walked the pharmacist through what needed to be done to fix the error. The pharmacy did not follow through and we are still without medication.
Do not give them your business.

I have been taking my flu shot here for the past 15 years. Always between 1-3 am. This year they say they never done that and wouldn’t let me take it. So rude and unprofessional. This was my best location. But I’m not coming back ever again.
