Very rude staff customer service is zero I went to pick up my prescriptions. They told me over the phone. They should be ready between 3:30 and 4 PM. Went there. They told me they need two days. Worst customer service ever.

I will be honest. I was dreading going back to Walgreens after our health insurance changed. A few locations are just awful. This one I chose is pretty fast and clean. My children’s medications were transferred and quickly filled. My daughter and I scheduled for some vaccinations. We walked in a little early and we were out before the appointment times. The pharmacist was very helpful and sweet towards my daughter who is afraid of needles. I regret not going to this one in the past for pharmacy needs. The girl up front was chipper and kind as well.

Everyone at this Walgreens is AWESOME! I **NEVER** have any issues finding anything. They know me by name and treat me like a dear friend!

Only if you can not put any star. My husband just left our local walgreens and not sure what is happening the young lady was rude, not helpful and talking down, I used love this Walgreen store but recently their team been extremely awful. The only nice one their is the young man on the cashier. This was the last chance as I been putting off writing this review hoping things get better, the older white lady is racessed was talking to me about Yong African American in the store etc... some training is needed there.

Today I encountered the most rude cashier that I’ve experienced while shopping in some time. You can’t work at Walgreens and have no idea what a FSA (flexible spending account) is and then become irritable when a customer is asking for assistance. It only gets worse when you ask to speak to the manager (Iris G.) and her energy is equally if not more rude than the cashier. That’s the last time I shop there, don’t need to, because there is a Walgreens on every corner and all the cashiers/managers are not this rude to customers.

I prefer this store because it is very VERY clean! 6001 W. 95 th next to Red Lobster !
Unlike the corner of 95th and Cicero . That store is dirty and clientele are dubious as well as the employees ! They even dress alike lol ! Dress very unprofessional! The pharmacy ALWAYS had issues especially the drive thtough! The clients waiting in Drive through always had the issues , insuraance or lack of and always gave the dtive thriugh person a hard time so the wait was insane !!! I abd my friends got tired of all the issues ! “ lost the script, not ready , dont have …”
The Walgreens at 6001 W 95th , is a pleasure to shop in and browse ! And less riffraff!!!!! Lol

Pharmacy is rude as heck. Girls have nothing but attitude, when you call they act like you are bothering them. 2 minutes into asking my date of birth and name and address, every question from them was nothing but rudeness and attitude. Not professional at all. If you hate your job that much and you don't know how to handle working with the public and showing compassion and empathy to the public who are calling you for help because they or their family members are sick, then get a new job and if the last customer was rude to you then don’t take it out on the next one that calls or comes in! Absolutely uncalled for and completely Ridiculous. Never going to this pharmacy again.

I’ve never had an issue with the young ladies at the pharmacy pick up window. My only complaint is that if someone is picking up in the drive thru there should not be wait. I pulls up and the car in front of me is turned off. Why couldn’t you just go in side. Drive thru options are usually for express
