I recently went to this location for a vaccine booster. I scheduled the first appointment of the day and arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed. Doing so only to have the tech that checked me in make a snide comment about it. She also informed me that she was waiting on another tech who was not clocked in yet. The tech she spoke of arrived 5 minutes late and then preceded to have me wait an additional 15 minutes to actually receive my booster.I suggest not telling people to arrive 15 minutes early, insulting them when they do, then making them wait over 20 minutes past their appointment time. That isn't good business.

Great staff! Always very knowledgeable and friendly. When I call they always treat me very well. It’s a joy to talk to them when I need my medications. Jackie & Stella are great!

Best 24 hour Walgreens on South side...although if u have to pick a script up after midnight expect to wait even if no one is there as they have high volumes of customers come in, but only one person staffed to do it all in pharmacy. Even though the pharmacist has no help that late and is overworked and understaffed, she is still very friendly when speaking with you and attentive to your questions and needs.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they usually run out of my favorite wine.....other than that, it's the best Walgreens in the neighborhood!
