The doctor is so rude at the Pharmacy. He pointed to the medication with his feet. I’m sure they got them on camera bullshit I called that.

Only if you can not put any star. My husband just left our local walgreens and not sure what is happening the young lady was rude, not helpful and talking down, I used love this Walgreen store but recently their team been extremely awful. The only nice one their is the young man on the cashier. This was the last chance as I been putting off writing this review hoping things get better, the older white lady is racessed was talking to me about Yong African American in the store etc... some training is needed there.

Today I encountered the most rude cashier that I’ve experienced while shopping in some time. You can’t work at Walgreens and have no idea what a FSA (flexible spending account) is and then become irritable when a customer is asking for assistance. It only gets worse when you ask to speak to the manager (Iris G.) and her energy is equally if not more rude than the cashier. That’s the last time I shop there, don’t need to, because there is a Walgreens on every corner and all the cashiers/managers are not this rude to customers.

Pharmacy is rude as heck. Girls have nothing but attitude, when you call they act like you are bothering them. 2 minutes into asking my date of birth and name and address, every question from them was nothing but rudeness and attitude. Not professional at all. If you hate your job that much and you don't know how to handle working with the public and showing compassion and empathy to the public who are calling you for help because they or their family members are sick, then get a new job and if the last customer was rude to you then don’t take it out on the next one that calls or comes in! Absolutely uncalled for and completely Ridiculous. Never going to this pharmacy again.

I’ve never had an issue with the young ladies at the pharmacy pick up window. My only complaint is that if someone is picking up in the drive thru there should not be wait. I pulls up and the car in front of me is turned off. Why couldn’t you just go in side. Drive thru options are usually for express

The pharmacist, Anisa, is extremely hostile. I have just had three throat surgeries and she didn't care. She just talked right over me and then hung up on me. Anisa seems to think all elderly and disabled people want to duo is break state laws regarding their prescriptions. They used to be a great pharmacy. What happened to the old pharmacist?

I didn't want to post because the store manager is great but their pharmacy staff is the worst, especially their pharmacist , Renee , is it? She loves to yell and hang up on people , so unprofessional.

Walgreen's is hit or miss. I mean, they have a lot to deal with everyday. Worrying about people stealing their items and drug addicts wanting their prescriptions.My only problem with Walgreens is Walgreens in Florida location. Those Walgreens suck. They deny people medicine that helps keep them alive and don't know how to do their jobs. That's the end of my rant about Walgreens.
