Very very unprofessional. The customer service lady who answer the phone is very rude and disrespectful. I was kindly asking for a break down of everything I needed to pay for and she was telling me that she had 3 other people on hold and did not want to answer my questions regarding my car being stolen. My car was stolen and I wasn’t notified till 7 days later. They already had my information in the system so they could have contacted me sooner but chose not to! This place need to be shut down. They charge ridiculous fees and have the worst customer service ever!
