I brought in my 2023 Traverse because I heard squeeking around my front left front tire...So I figured it was my brakes. I dropped it off and about 5 hours later I got a text saying it was ready. I came by the said the brakes were fine. The sales guy said the mechanic said I should drive the car more.I have about 12,500 miles on it. That's it? I should drive more? If you can't figure what's wrong just tell me and I'll go somewhere else...I was planning to buy two new vehicles in March. I get myself and daughter one every three years. Probably going somewhere else. Drive More? Jeez.

NAS WAS AWESOME. I loved his honesty and how thorough he is in explaining everything about financing. I truly didn't feel that pressure you usually feel going to see the last person when you buy a car. I'm very happy he was there, and im especially happy for Nas being the finance manager

Went in for my routine oil change and had no problems before coming, keep in mind I have automatic alerts set up on my phone and email for anything that goes wrong with my vehicle. I went in to get my oil change my appointment was at 10:30am pull up they inspect your vehicle the minute you bring it in pictures and all, I checked in no issues absolutely nothing just time for my oil change. After setting in the waiting area over a hour patiently waiting keep in mind, I see my oil change is complete from my app it’s reading 100% oil so now I’m ready to go. Shortly after that I start receiving alerts saying my tire pressure low how and when? So I immediately let them know and y’all already know everyone was on the same side telling me it was a nail in your tire A Lie, then what a coincidence it’s nothing I rode over it’s on the side of the tire because that can’t be plugged. I was forced to purchase a new tire that costed me $287 dollars which I will stand on it it was deliberately done so that they could make that profit, I notified management and the young lady already had her script ready knock it off and nothing was done. Customers be aware I’m sure someone else has a similar experience with them especially this is the time they running a tire sale, well they must be getting a commission for tire sales my tire was intentionally damaged and I will stand on that Webb Chevrolet will have their day messing over excellent customers. sincerely a 2024 Chevy Traverse!!!! Unacceptable customer service!

I drop my Silverado off on Friday afternoon and don’t hear anything back until TUESDAY afternoon. Oil pressure sensor was the diagnosis, with a recommendation of a fuel induction cleaning. I denied the cleaning due to cost. Picked my truck up today after being told the truck was good to go, but it wasn’t. 15 minutes after pulling off the lot my oil pressure was still low and the engine light turned back on. Now my traction and stabilitrack are turning off and on. I get out of my truck and look at the bed cover and at some point it was knocked open leaving a gap causing snow to get in the bed and RUINED my baby’s stroller that was in there. For first experience this was the worse possible experience I’ve ever had with a dealership service department. I could not recommend this place enough. Go somewhere else, save yourself a headache. Can’t wait to speak with a manager tomorrow and hear every excuse in the book on why it’s not their fault. I CAN’T IMAGINE the issues that come with the vehicles they sell if this is how they service customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Edit: well I got my car about 7/8 months ago and had to put it in the shop 3 times already. Luckily I had warranty for the last time I put it in the shop cuz that was a $5000 bill smh. I guess I got a lemon

Edit again! Youve guessed it! Car was put in the shop a month ago due to the radio going out on me. Im JUST NOW getting my car back. Even calling headquarters didnt do any good
