“Had my vehicle towed to Highline on 1/9/26 the day after my wife got water in the engine due to driving through my block when it was flooded with heavy rain water the night prior which then the car stalled and it wouldn’t turn on so it had to be picked up by a tow truck. Saturday 1/10/26 received a call from the shop notifying me of the steps they would need to take to address the issue which involved an oil drain and refill on the oil,transmission fluid and front and rear differential fluid change as well as removing the water inside the engine and replacing the engine filter. Fast forward to today 1/12/26 I was notified my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I am beyond satisfied with the amazing customer service and the great work that was done to fix me vehicle. My car runs even better than it did before! These guys did an amazing job and I will 1000% be coming here for future repairs as well as recommending this place to others. Thank you!”
“Mr Lifts was fast and got my Impala SS 2004 Indy Edition Rear Struts Swapped out and even changed the End Links that I forgot to ask about but upon picking up the car he informed me that he did them anyway since they were old. Always make appointment and he will get you together no worries. Car rides quiet and Smoov ???”

“To be honest, I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this place definitely deserves a good review from me. I dropped off my GMC Sierra to three different mechanic shops before bringing it here they were the only ones to figure out what was wrong, which was my master cylinder and a couple siezed brake calipers. and on top of that they fully inspected my truck on their own and went above and beyond just to make sure everything else was in good working order. Also, more importantly, I was quoted almost double At the other mechanic shops, Interstate auto not only saved me more than half of what I paid somewhere else They gave me peace of mind, knowing I have a mechanic I can trust forever.”

“In the middle of a snow storm here in the Chicagoland area, I pulled into Just Tires as it appears many others had the same thought. Get my tires checked and changed as needed. From the moment I walked into Just Tires in Berwyn IL, they were professional. They did not let the crowd nor the cold make them rude or cranky. The store manager Andy Snachez as his team took care of me and my daughter. We are truly grateful and appreciative that they made everything easy. He explained what we need and why and the best options from his professional experience. He allowed us to make an informed decision once given the information. I ended up at Pro Wheels on Ogden after getting a screw in my tire. To make things more complicated, I had a lug nut lock on the wheel and didn't have the key. For a small upcharge, they were able to remove the lock without any issues and take care of the tire. The service was unbelievably fast—I was in and out in 15 minutes flat. As an awesome bonus, they have a super cute shop cat hanging around. Great spot, highly recommend!

“One of those local small businesses you are happy to have around. Super nice people, quick service, much better pricing compared to Just Tires or any other. I came across this shop - just after being denied repair a flat from United tires, where I was also advised to buy a new one instead (not fixable). Drove up few blocks, tire was fixed at Espinosa tire shop, yea - it’s still a good a year later... I guess it was fixable- 100% recommended!”

“My wife set up en early future appointment for our flat tire. Discount Tire Valled a day ahead and informed us of a at-home service they offer. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service. We were able to pay ahead online and we're able to charge the same card for the additional fee. Very grateful for them.”

When I couldn’t afford a brand spanking new tire and when we saw that the tire could not be plugged… they suggested a spare for cheap!! Which I didn’t even think of so Thank You Edwin! “Kind, honest and speedy: Joe's Expert Auto Service deserves your business. My sister-in-law came down to Chicago for a post-Christmas visit and her car started have serious problems at the end of the 4-hour drive. Joe's was recommend to us, but with only two days before NYE they were completely booked. Despite this, they squeezed her in, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly so she could go home before the holiday. The price was fair and honest, and much less than we had expected. We'll be taking our car to Joe's for all future repairs!”
