I had a great experience. I felt very welcomed and was greeted very kindly by staff. Tania was very helpful and kind. My stylist Ana was so sweet and patient. She gave her honest opinion and made me feel at ease during my service.

Shai did my lashes before vacation and they look amazing! I look so put together and ready! The lashes came out perfect and she was so helpful with how to take care of them after. I recommend coming here and booking with Shai!

I had an amazing experience. Tania was very kind & greeted me as soon as i walked through the door. My stylist was kind and accommodating throughout my service, but my lashes came out AMAZING. I loved my lashes. I believe i was with Veronika. 10/10 would recommend this place they always have deals and i got a free cute tote bag

I didn't have a good experience at this location. One of the lash tech plucked my eyelashes out during several sessions. This tech has been known to do this painful practice and was verified via another employee that she was told about a few clients that they experienced the same treatment and she didn't know why she would do that because they are trained to professionally removed loose lashes. She also stated that the lashes should never be plucked because that affects the lashes health. After my last appointment with this tech, I used professional lash remover to remove my lashes. I noticed that my lashes were horrible and had areas that were completely patchy and bald. They looked mutilated. Worse experience ever! Oh, I know this establishment is aware of the tech that is pulling out lashes as there is another review that states the same thing. My question is why hasn't anything been done. This is truly appalling. What a waste of time and money.

I had called twice and left a message for an appointment. No one ever called me back. Finally, 3rd time I get through and was given an appointment with Tameka. I show up on time and 15 minutes later she is still not in. Receptionist texted her and called her 3 times. Now, 25 minutes later and no response from Temeka.

I've been coming here for months now, and I could never go anywhere else! Siera is AMAZING, she is also so kind, helpful, and smiley. She will always make sure you feel welcomed and that you had a great experience. Ana is always my stylist and she does an AMAZING job. My lashes always look great, they stay on, she always asks me if I am comfortable and okay. These two together are a power team!!!

If zero stars were an option. The really tried to make this location work because it so close to home. Results vary way too much. They use your credit card at their own whim. Only enforce policies when it benefits them because they are never on time. It's one tech there that rushes every time, always eating and behind then huffs and puffs like she's irritated when servicing you. Just save your disappointment and go somewhere else.
