What is the correct terminology for talks about customers in their language?!! It's so obvious and disgusting. Will not return.

Very rude manager - not interested in customer service
Staff sitting idly and she refused to permit mani and pedi at same time as I have ALWAYS done here and elsewhere
Will not be back

I’ve visited Avenue Nails in Oak Park a couple of times now, and overall I’m a fan! My first dazzle dry manicure and basic pedicure were amazing—they held up beautifully for over two weeks. The second dazzle dry mani didn’t last quite as long (still a solid 8+ days) and had a few tiny bubbles, which makes me think it may just depend on the technician.
The pedicure chairs are super comfy with great massage features, and I love that they offer a cooler with complimentary drinks. They sanitize their tools, which I always appreciate. Plus, parking is easy—the garage across the street leads right to their entrance.
The dazzle dry mani is $30, a $10 upcharge from the regular mani, but honestly, it’s worth every penny for the long-lasting, no-chip results. I’ll definitely be back!

I walked in for a gel x service to which Linda stated they do provide. Once Linda finished the curing process I noticed that there was A LOT of over flow from the gel underneath the nail. I asked if it was supposed to be like that to which she said yes (I know this not to be true). My worry was contact dermatitis from the gel being so thick and not fully cured. She gave some some talk about not being able to file it down and how that is how it was supposed to be. Ultimately she offered to take them off to which I left with damaged nails, which sucks because my nails were literally perfect upon arrival. I won’t be back. 0/10.

Only reason for not giving them a 5 star review. Is because they charged me at the time of checkout. To soak off my nails. Would’ve been nice to be told before they did it. Nothing special about the soak off. Just dipped my nails in polish remover 🤷🏻♀️

This place is great! They almost always have walk in availability. They have dazzle dry nail polish, which is great because my nails can’t handle no chip anymore and Dazzle Dry lasts a LONG time. Sherry is particularly good, great attention to detail!

The owner is rude and frequently yells at customers. The place is often plagued with flies and pests and the pedicures are now subpar.

Great experience. Called for an immediate appt mid weekday and they had availability. Good service and very kind nail techs. Doors were open so no strong odors. Place felt clean and lots of color options.
