Great place here, took my phone for a repair here, on an insurance claim yesterday. My phone was fixed in like 20minutes. Not that everyone's phone is gonna be repaired in that time. But, it was a great service. Both gentlemen ist this location were very nice, greeted us when we walked in to drop off and to pick up. Very easy and quick. Thanks guys!

I had great experience taking my phone to be repaired at Batteries Plus on Harlem. It was easy, convenient and the person that helped me was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Called and she had a battery for my 2019 Subaru crosstrek. She said
she would take my old battery and install the new one. I had called around and Costco had the best price. But they won't do installation or take your old battery. Batteries Plus had the best price plus when I talk to her she made me feel like they really were interested in customers. It was a great experience and she replaced my battery in less than 25 min.

Paid cash for a battery, core charge was $24, their “policy” is to not return cash over $20. Returned to card I didn’t buy on, went through at cc processor, but now bank won’t process. Bad policy, bad experience.

I brought a new battery from these place they have me driving around with a loose battery the only thing that was holding it was was the hood of my car,dude that took the battery out didn’t even let me know anything until I got to work and I opened the hood a nut was missing and when I call the place they said they forgot to tell me as a result my car stopped working twice while I was driving it because of that loose battery it wasn’t charging properly if you go to that place make sure everything is tight and secure before you leave ,they might damage you stuff and tell you to go to the mechanic and fix it yourself.

Tech at Batteries Plus told me a dead 12 volt battery was still good, wasting my time having to determine it was. Then damaged one of the connectors to attach the replacement battery.
