The selection has gotten smaller. We love the dishes and stuff but here it’s mostly clothes and furniture. It depends on who donates. Prices tend to be high.

Upon first entering The Brown Elephant, you might feel that this is not your average Thrift store. In some sections, it is more organized than other stores of its kind. This store has more furniture than anything else, and the prices were a little higher than your average Thrift store. I would suggest checking in here every once in a while, as their inventory changes quickly. Also like to support this store because proceeds go to health screenings and support for the LGBTQ community

Extremely rude, high handed and snooty staff. Isn’t it supposed to be a supportive and inclusive organization? I felt the total opposite.

Love this Brown Elephant! Great furniture, books, glassware, and clothing. Always affordable, profits always go toward an awesome cause.

Some days it's filled with magic and other days it's as junky as a Salvation Army. Their pricing is erratic and inconsistent. Seemingly driven by greed and gouging customers, and then they get desperate because it sat too long and will mark anything and everything half priced. Higher rating because I find items at good prices, but always find myself annoyed when I leave.

Although there are a few hidden gems to be found, if you are an avid thrifter, you may find this location a bit overpriced. It feels to be a bit more furniture focused with clothing feeling to be a bit more of an afterthought.Overall: It's worth a visit if you're in the area.

I've been shopping here for a long time. Thanks to Gregory and several other staff members, I have upgraded a lot of things in my house. They go beyond being friendly and helpful. The only thing I lament is that there isn't more room for new discoveries. I give whenever I can and encourage others to do the same. I even visit friends' homes to collect donations and deliver them on their behalf. Shopping where you know your money will benefit the community is excellent. Please give and buy frequently with me.

Brown Elephant should be called the Brown unicorn. The people they have working there are excellent. I only had one incident and that person may of just had a bad day. I have been to all the locations.

Really great quality clothes -- some with minor defects, some new. Came during the new years sale with my girlfriend and wound up with a pile of great clothes for $30. Definitely coming back again!

This shop is huge, and they have a lot of things a customer might be looking for. The shop looks vintage and was actually designed with different sections for each category of item that they offer. They have a section for high-end clothing. They also have a section for housewares and furniture. The area for accessories is my favorite. There are a lot of cute items that can be found there. I bought items for my house, specifically kitchenware, including bowls, tea cups, mugs, and plates. Items here are a little bit expensive, but you can count on the high quality that each item has. The ambiance is giving off some vintage vibes, and each section in this shop is arranged properly. The customer service is great, and people are friendly. I had a great time buying items here.

There isn't a lot of apparel available, but there are lots of adorable housewares. The majority of the proceeds fund LGBTQ community assistance and health screenings, and everything is affordably priced. The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant.
