Been a customer for over 10 years. Purchased an audio interface, came without the cord which is unusual, when I got it home and ordered the appropriate cord it was DOA, dead on arrival. On calling the store, I was told they cannot do anything unfortunately. Item appears was untested and no cable, now I know.

I was in line for 40 minutes while the employees listen to music through headphones. Where is the management here? Horrible customer service they need new employees. Asap

i repeat do not shop here they successfully robbed me for 60$ through the lay away ive been shopping at multiple cash america pawns for years so i put the item on the layaway jan 1st and seemingly forgot it due to current life situation i would usually get a call saying my bill was due but the staff had other plans for the item i got a good deal on today feb 18th i remembered i call to say i forgot and i could pick it up today the policy says if not paid in 90 days the layaway is forfeited it had only been 35 days no call they took my money sold my item and was rude manger made it worse it was done deliberately so that some one of the manager family could purchase my item

I went in the store a few weeks ago to purchase a computer the rude ladies NEVER even acknowledged me! They were having inappropriate conversations within ear range. I WALKED OUT. I would rather pay full price than deal with the likes of these ladies! Customer Service is non-existent at this location at least on that day it was!

Not helpful and very rude and disrespectful employees at the oak park location.at others Chicago area locations had most of the time had bad experience with customer service and over the years had my stuff disappear on several occasions and times and when you call the district manager he or she iwasn't helpful at all with resolving the issues or problem going on in there stores and don't care at all about the customer . I was very unhappy with the grand / pulaski and oak park locations the most and they several others Chicago area locations as well and one day I wish they get to correct the wrong doing going on with and to they customers it's terrible

I’ve seen the bad reviews on here, but I have nothing but good experiences with this cash America. The staff is friendly and nice and always helpful with my pawns. They are in my top 3 cash America’s that I’ve visited. The others are the one on grand and Pulaski, and by Milwaukee and Damen.

This place is really good at customer service, I have been here multiple times and have been taken care of expeditiously & kindly. There is an employee by the name of Bernetta who gives presidential customer service to everyone she helps. Bernetta is very professional, kind, & she knows her stuff so you will never walk out Of there feeling cheated When dealing with her. I don’t leave very many reviews but I had to take the time out to make sure that Bernetta was appreciated in a way she deserved. Thank you Cash America for having a staff member that is the complete package!!!

Was about to purchase a laptop computer today when I felt that I was being profiled into the store the gentleman said corporate want to see our ID I just go to another pawn shop and spend my money elsewhere. Just went to Walmart and bought a brand new computer I'm so glad that employee there asked me for my ID and social found the better deal and got a better warranty
