I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this chase bank. On multiple occasions, I have experienced unprofessional and downright super rude behavior from their staff.
During my last visit, the teller was dismissive and seemed more interested in their personal conversation with a colleague than assisting me with my transaction. When I tried to ask a question, they responded with a condescending tone and made me feel like an inconvenience.

I was briskly turned away for having bills that were " too crumpled up". I was taken aback because I have truly never heard that from any teller at any Chase location. The way in which it was said to me was unprofessional, and paired with the assumption of what I look like, was very telling. So I will make sure to not come back to this location. I really don't think any Chase customers should tolerate discrimination when just trying to deposit cash.

5 stars from Mees ?? My direct deposit bounced because my account was closed so they send me a check.
I will open a new account. I just can't see my self eith another bank and it's not there fault.
Make sure you have a savings account at least so they can take there monthly fees when you don't have a job or between jobs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chase bank at this location services was very bad.Please give the bank manager that's working on Jan 6 ,2024 some training.We was standing in line but she grab anothercustomer that didn't have an appointment over us as we was waiting before that person arrive.The bank tellers overall did a great job.I hope they can teach that so called branch manager a few tips.

First took my bank card and mailed yo the wrong address, then when I came in gave me a card for a different account. All with a poor unapologetic attitude. Now I am sitting in drive for 15 minutes waiting for service.

Door reader doesn't work to access ATM. Never ran into this issue at any other bank but seems a recurring problem with Chase.

The employees at Chase is always Respectful, Very Helpful and I’m always greeted with a smile! I love the staff at Chase Bank! In Oak Park on Madison and Oak Park ave. I’ve moved now and still drive there if I have business to take care of inside.
