I'm not sure if these other reviews are talking about the right Chase location, because I go to this one 2-3 times a month for various services and have never experienced anything close to what they describe. This is my favorite Chase location.

Oak Park Main Chase closed its drive through banking. There is a drive up at Madison and Oak Park Avenue but wait lines are horrific. Also ridiculous to try to call and reach a live person for any kind of assistance. There is a Byline Bank in Oak Park that actually answers their phone! I am switching my accounts to that bank!

The last bit of customer service ends after the person standing at the guard desk says hello. That point forward the remaining branch might as well be empty of staff. Four decade customer of Chase Bank and I honestly cannot think of additional ways the staff at this branch could be less responsive to customer needs. Employees late for scheduled appointment, return follow up calls/emails NEVER received, calls from other staff trying to sell you additional services but "sorry unable" to assist you with the service that you have request. Oh and my favorite telling you to go to website because they are unable to "verify your identity" face to face in the branch. No place but up for this dismal branch.

Very poor customer service banker wanted me to do business in the lobby rather than take 5 minutes to look at the documents I had to open a trust fund. I've been a chase customer for over 25 years and will now consider changing banks or at least go to another branch

I have to call Chase support weekly for one problem or another. I have been a long time 25 years, with Chase. I also have 30 other accounts from various business also with Chase. The problems vary' today it is Zelle. Chase will not interact with PNC Bank. Chase has a habit of passing the buck. On ave4rage I get on the phone and get transferred 5 times. Repeat my story each time and ultimately almost always the same outcome. "The problem is not with Chase" but it is and I have to prove it each time by getting the other party on a conference call with Chase. I waste an average of 4 hours each time. This is the worst customer service and although an huge task and a major disruption of my business I will have to leave if the don't fix this. This all started about 4 years ago probably with offshoring.

Drive through atm never works.System to scan card to enter outside business hours never works either.

The location and employees seemed fine. It was a Monday afternoon and slow enough that I was in and out very quickly. The woman who helped me with my withdrawal was nice enough, and the employees all did a good job of not letting how bored they probably were show (too much). I was done and on my way in about five minutes.My only issue is that I when I got home, the rolls of quarters I got had other coins in them! Out of three rolls, one had a dime and another had a nickle. Not a huge discrepancy but even working in retail for years, I've rarely had rolls with the wrong coins, and never two rolls in a row.

Horrible ATM drive thru.They way they made the drive up path is so horrible to the point where it messed up my rear tires.Avoid this chase location

I have been a customer of Chase for decades. I am not sure it is particular to this branch, but as a whole the bank is super disappointing and has gone downhill. Recently changed over to a different kind of account (more premium) and was told that it included a safe deposit box free of charge. Just now informed that the opening of new boxes has been postponed "indefinitely." I think I need to make a change!

Banker kept winking at me while advising me on how to manage my account. Is this a standard business practice? Made me uncomfortable and unsure if I was being given accurate and complete information. Would prefer more open communication from my bank.

The branch staff are lazy and incompetent. I talked to many to resolve recurring fees in my account in many occasions. Each time, I was told that it has been resolved. However, it has continued to charge. Nothing gets done right at the fist time. It requires my time and effort to babysit them to do the job right.
