This Shell station is a decent option if you're in the area and need gas. The location is convenient, right off the main road, and the pumps are usually easy to access. I also appreciate that they have a decent selection of snacks and drinks inside.

I just came here for the first time to get a cup of coffee and I get in line and the lady that is the cashier told everyone in line that it’s cash only because the system went down, I told her I wish I would have known it and I told her what do with the coffee that I just made because I have card not cash and she said with a smart attitude put the coffee on the counter,she could have gave me a break on the coffee since it wasn’t my fault that the system went down, I’m never going to this gas station again and I advise everyone else don’t go there because they got the wrong people working at this gas station,not customer friendly at all.

This review is for that female clerk with no customer service skills who shouldn't be working with the public. Fact, it takes a lot for me to write reviews on people so trust shw has a nasty attitude. i will never visit this gas station again, or never have her come near me. She she be relieved of duty until she gets the proper training.

Very rude staff.One of their pumps was broken and you couldn't hit the button to choose your gas type. I had a hit the gas choice button five times and it did nothing.I then had to go inside and ask for help and was told to try again.I had to hit it five times more to get it to finally pump gas.When I went inside to complain and tell them, they were sitting there smiling and laughing at me and acting like I was too stupid to know how to pump gas.I'm 37 years old and I've been pumping gas for the last 20 years of my life. Also the cashiers were not wearing masks right in the middle of the pandemic.Please learn basic customer service skills because you're going to lose customers if you keep acting like a bunch of a*holes.

I've experienced discrimination based on my race at this location from the night shift store manager. As I called him out for his racist behavior toward me, he then retaliated by maliciously dismissing me and attempting to maliciously use the law to trespass me off of the property even though I did nothing to break store policy nor the laws of the land. later on in the month, I went in to try and resolve this matter by speaking to another manager at this location, which I regret doing. I was met with more retaliation, mockery, harassment, deception and racial discriminatory behavior by an African American female employee who was working during that shift. This level of anti-black racism appears to be a pattern at this Oak Park, IL Circle K location. As someone whose been a customer for over year, I will no longer be going there and will take my business elsewhere. Please join me in solidarity by boycotting this circle K for their anti-black racism.

Horrible service. The male attendant approached me at the pump and was extremely rude and accused me of not paying for my gas at the pump when in actuality the attendant had put another's customers money on my pump. I don't appreciate the way in which they handled the situation, the lack of ownership and professionalism. I won't be patronizing this company anymore. The cheap gas isn't worth it.

I completely understand working over nights at a gas station can be difficult to say the least, this is because I have worked at several, some of which I did overnights. I walk up to this location at 1:30am to see a sign that says, closed until 2:45!!!!! Trash.
