If there were a zero star option I would have selected that. Byline is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with. I have great credit and never missed a loan payment with them and they don't want to help you or work with you at all.

I moved here in 2014 and I have been with Byline Bank every since, they have always solved any issues I had and the staff is the best, I have not had any problems that they did not solve in a timely manner. I would recommend this bank.

Their customer service in all departments is deplorable !! They do not listen to their customers and are very brusk in their responses. Community Bank was so much better.

Do not use this bank. It used to be Community Bank of OPRF, which was a great local bank. After it was sold to this company the quality standard is much lower. They do not value their customers, atm fees are too high, no-one will greet you when you walk into the bank. Many companies do not like to work with this bank. So you can't link or verify the account. Went inside the branch to make a deposit and was completely ignored, even by the bank manager. Their rules randomly change without notification. I don't recommend anyone using this bank.

Outstanding Customer service by all employees, especially Charlene and Mary Beth! They went out of their way to reverse something that was an error on my part last week. FYI, I have been a CBOPRF customer for over 18 years. When I entered an amount over $8,000 for my monthly assessments (don't ask) instead of $450, which is the correct monthly amount - I was unable to modify, reverse, or cancel the entry. First Community Management company @ 935 W Chestnut, Chicago, would not reverse or cancel the amount I entered - they said there was nothing they could do. In fact, they allowed me to be charged the full amount, ultimately overdrawing my checking account over $5,000. First Community Management Company refused to help me in any way. The company they hired who processes the actual payments is in Georgia. Even the owner of First Community Property Management, Michael R, would not help me - in fact, he hung up on me. After 5 days of hell, and having a $20 gas station debit declined, I finally was able to get the amount reversed today 9-24-18 thanks to Charlene and Mary Beth. They made a very stressful situation very calm. They are both very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and if I had a business, I would want them on my team!! Thanks again for being there for me!

I love going to Community Bank because the atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting. I especially look forward to seeing my banker, Anita. She always explains the answers to my questions in a way that's easy for me to understand. She (and everyone else) is so personable and friendly. Would recommend banking here to all

Well started banking with Community Bank of Oak Park River Forest to South Oak Park Avenue location on Oak Park Avenue best banking experience ever I love all those women over there Kathy karizia Cindy Charlene and Natalie they've done so much for me in the last year and I move back to New York and I still kept my account there I should be moving back to the next year to bring a business back there that's going on here in Long Island I have nothing but High Praise for all the ladies there most personable caringcompassionate women I've ever met very professional efficient and knowledgeable in the banking business my hat's off to you ladies keep up the good work and every now and then I will send Pizza to you guys I hope to see you guys soon and I highly highly highly recommend this Bank anybody and everybody that I know thank you again for all you've done for me with all my love Scott Frank novello

This bank oversteps its role with respect to guardianship accounts. Literally did not understand the difference between "respondent" and "petitioner" in the guardianship papers I presented them with. I went with another, neighboring community bank.

I am very disappointed. I try to use community banks wherever we live and applied to an account here. Initially things were fine but then I asked about a joint account for myself and my same sex partner - and I haven't heard back in two weeks. We will be finding another bank.
