I did hot power fusion yoga with PJ Hunter today, and I stretched my aching muscles in a very heat infused space which was so comforting for my aching back. I came in with back pain and left feeling healed. I will definitely be going back.

**update: rep wasn’t even helpful with my questions, only got helped with freezing membership. Then never got a reply back***I haven’t been able to practice for a whole month because of this closure. It’s getting very frustrating. The next closest location to me is the Bucktown for 9am class with the traffic will take me 30-45mns! It’s unbelievable! How long is the issue from the flooding will take place? Are we even going to get a free month for not being able to use our membership??? It’s well over 6 weeks from when the flooding happen and only able to use my pass once.

Deeply disappointed by the closures and cancellations at this studio. I wanted to be a member but have not been able to practice at this studio in nearly 3 weeks due to their ongoing issues with flooding. Since it was my first month of membership, I couldn't even pause my membership. Along with random class cancellations that happened prior to the flooding issues, I don't feel that I can count on the schedule. I will be looking elsewhere, which is truly a shame because I absolutely loved the classes and studio.

We are having major issues with CorePower Yoga Oakpark. My daughter requested a membership cancellation back in March 2023 and we got even an email stating that the membership is cancelled yet they keep charging us monthly $179 each month - they have to refund April and May 2023 and finally CANCEL THE membership! Everytime we call the number on their website, they are never available. Someone has to be responsible for this company, answer our numerous emails and phone calls and finally refund the membership dues we have cancelled. My daughter has not stepped in the studio since march!

I have practiced at Core Power on and off for many years, in the city of Chicago and now at the Oak Park location. The teachers at the Oak Park location are great, and there are a variety of classes to choose from. I like that they are offering new Strength X classes this year - for those of us who have been practicing a long time it is exciting to have a new class option. Another perk is the retail discounts for All Access members. If I had to offer one suggestion it would be to offer free towels to All Access members, I have passed this on to Corporate before, but I haven't seen them want to make this change. Overall, great studio that offers an awesome workout.

I started with 2 week free trial and was sold! I've been going there now maybe 5 if not 6 years. Download the app, set your location and look at the schedule. First class at 6am last class at 730 so no excuses. Your rate stays the same never increases. Classes are cleaned right after class. Showers and cool teachers.

This review is not a relflection of this specific location, but the business as a whole. I signed up for a $1 two-week membership back in September 2021 and attended 2 classes. The classes were fine, but ultimately did not satisfy what I was looking for and decided to not purchase any further classes or memberships. Fast forward to December and I see on my bank statement a charge for $165 from CorePower Yoga. Turns out CorePower Yoga had charged me for an all-inclusive membership without my consent. Upon further investigation this is common practice with the organization and there are over 100 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Many people have been charged after these trials or after cancelling memberships with little to no response from the company. This is unacceptable and I am now having to dispute this charge with my bank.

I joined this yoga studio right before covid hit, when we went into lockdown, I canceled my membership because it was closed. They continued to charge my card for a about 1000 bucks , even though my membership was canceled. I was only able to get back 500, because I noticed too late and wasn't able to contest it. Will never go back.

Dropped in for a community C1; Talia was fantastic and the class was exactly what I needed.Studio was clean, and followed the same design I'm familiar with in DC. Have to give them credit on the consistency.
