I visited Crafters & Weavers display room and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their mission style solid wood furniture. The prices in store were better on the website, so if it's possible to shop in-person, it's definitely worth your while to do so.My one company is that the two salesladies manning the store were not particularly warm or helpful when it came to assisting or answering questions about the furniture.

I LOVE my cabinet. I’ve been searching for this for a long time (like 2 years) because I’ve been particular about the style and the price. It was well worth the wait to find this one, and worth every penny. This is more of a piece of quality furniture than it is just a filing cabinet. With the quality of this piece, I told my wife today that our kids/grandkids will be fighting over piece this when we die. Heirloom quality. I’ll definitely be a return customer of Crafters and Weavers. 100%I really want to give my compliments to the delivery driver as well. He called in the evening to let me know he could be there that night, but it would be late. He asked what was an acceptable time. I was eager to get my cabinet, and he seemed to want to deliver it that night as well. We agreed on a time and he hit it spot on. A very pleasant and professional guy. Ray was his name. If I was hiring drivers, he’d be the first on my list. Very cordial. Seemed like just a nice guy. I just can’t say enough good things about him.

We ordered a nightstand and were very impressed. It's well made and the price was reasonable given its construction. Delivery was quick and the item was securely packed with zero damage. Overall a very good experience.

Do not order from this company. Damaged or used furniture is what they sell. They will not refund your money and give you excuses why you have to wait. All reviews are terrible on them

We ordered a kitchen island and it’s only been a few days but so far we are very pleased. Mainly we want to give a five star review to Nathan, the young man that delivered it. We live at 7500ft up on a mountain in Colorado and road access is all gravel and steep grades. Nathan was prompt, very capable, polite and did a fantastic job driving up to our home and then helping us move the big heavy box up stairs. Way to go!

I had over $10,000 in furniture in my cart. I contacted customer service through chat with a few questions. Every time I asked a question, it would take several minutes for the agent to answer me. The CSR got downright surly with me when I asked if he was still there or restated my query. He typed, "It takes time to answer questions. You need to be more patient." Apparently, what I "need" is to find some place else to buy furniture.I guess the depth and complexity of such mind-boggling questions as, "How much is shipping?," requires 10 minutes of research.Nope, I did not buy the $10,000 worth of furniture.

I ordered a console from them, it was supposed to be threshold delivery, aka, to your front door, the delivery guys came and secretly dumped the box in our driveway in the rain without knocking on the door. We almost killed ourselves getting the thing up the stairs, and when we unwrapped it realized it was heavily damaged. One shelf fell out during shipping, smashing through the back panel and crushing the clasps for the door. The whole think is misaligned like it was twisted during shipping, the top wrenched off, and there are scratches to the corners.When I contacted them regarding the damage, I was told they were sending a replacement. When I contacted them again, hey said there was no replacement in stock, so they would pay for a repair. I told them it would cost me $85 to get a repair quote, they said they would cover it. Now it's been over a month since I sent the quote, and it's been completely dead air, no responses to my many emails. So I'm out about $3500 for a broken piece of furniture, (which, by the way, is not the solid oak it claimed, it has particle board sides), plus the extra $85 for the quote as a bonus prize. This company has cheaped out on the delivery company and is hiding from the consequences. I'm planning to take it up with my credit card company, and failing that, small claims court. Absolutely ridiculous that they think they can just not respond and get away with whatever they want.

Quality furniture. Reasonably priced. I’ve purchase the Bayshore bar and the stonegate bed frame and night stands. Received before expected. And in excellent condition. The packaging is stellar. Never been disappointed.

I purchased a Craftsman style sideboard from the company. The sideboard is very nice; seems well built and matches my existing Mission-style dining set quite well. Unfortunately, when the item as delivered, the delivery guys slid the box containing the side board across my wood floor and left a trail of scratches. At the time I didn't have time to tell them to be careful as the slid the box almost immediately after putting it down. I contacted Crafters and Weavers and was basically told, "Sorry we hire a contractor to do the delivery. We have no responsibility. You need to contact them." I did. The deliver company only offered to give me complimentary "White Glove" service the next time--an offer that was essentially worthless to me since I had no plans to order something else. It was a take or leave it offer. The guy, Nathan, was quite polite until I told him that it wasn't a very good offer. His response basically, "You ain't going to get anything else, so tough luck." While it may not be fair to blame Crafters and Weavers for this problem, their position that they can't do anything (which isn't true), is frustrating. Overall, I'm conflicted. Their furniture met my expectations, but the delivery experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. As others have said, while they pretend to care about customer service and satisfaction, that's not really the case.

Just a fabulous experience! I'd been looking for night tables for a while, found ones I liked here, but said they were out of stock. Customer Service checked the warehouse and found three left. I took two :) They arrived promptly, wrapped incredibly, and were undamaged. They look beautiful and I hope I have an opportunity to purchase from this company again. Best customer service I've experienced in a while. Thank you!

So far our experience is theft of $3000.00. Our product had a ten day delivery period which has now expired. No calls are being returned after 3 voice mails. This is a fraudulent company and should we receive our product, intact, I will change this review. Do not buy from these thieves.

While I cannot review the brick and mortar store, I will be reviewing the online store and shopping experience. What a nightmare! I ordered a bedroom set not even to try to save any money as it was pretty comparable to other bedroom sets I was looking at. It did take several weeks to ship and I was expecting that so no complaints there. What I wasn't expecting is that I paid for the white glove delivery. This is a service that they offer for an additional fee and they are supposed to bring the pieces inside your home and assemble them for you. They are not supposed to dump the furniture on pallets in your driveway in the middle of a snow storm. I was dumbfounded. Upon opening the pieces, we realized that not everything had been delivered and a few pieces that were delivered were broken. I contacted the customer service Representative, Toni, and she was of VERY little help. I wanted to return the whole set because I was disappointed in the quality and missing pieces and delivery experience and she just kept quoting that I could but it would be $600 for them to come and pick it up, etc. I didn't read the fine print so that was totally on me but the customer service experience was UNACCEPTABLE over all. They offered me $100 back so I could hire someone in my local area to fix the broken piece. What a joke. They eventually sent me a new part so that I could just fix it myself but the shipping took a few months. DO NOT BUY anything from their online store. You will be extremely disappointed. The customer service is garbage right along with their garbage furniture and garbage delivery process. (This was third-party but I still paid CRAFTERS & WEAVERS not the delivery company so they should have handled it) Instead, Toni told me that I had to file a claim with them which I tried to do but they shot back that because Crafters and Weavers is the one who hired them, I couldn't file it and they would do nothing for me.ABSOLUTE MISERABLE EXPERIENCE - SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Buyer Beware – Solid Furniture and Lousy Customer ServiceWe ordered a bed frame, dresser, 2-night stands in late January 2022. Furniture was delivered in April after phone calls, emails, and visiting the store multiple times to understand order status. Our learnings:1) Furniture is solid. Customer service is lousy.2) It appears Crafters & Weavers has 3rd party shipping and receiving, particularly local deliveries; therefore, their staff is unable to provide answers and help manage expectations.3) Details about what had been committed to us about delivery was either not captured in Crafters & Weavers’ system or we were lied to about what it would entail.o We had to push for acceptable service with laborers who were not capable or prepared.o If we were not physically able to assist, the delivery would not have been completed.o Had we known this service would be so poor, we would have preferred to shop elsewhere or hire a local moving company to pick up from Crafters & Weavers’ warehouse and deliver to our home.
