If I can give zero stars I will do it !What a horrible service!Asking to look at a box of formula is not even possible !( I ask nicely if I can look at the formula composant because I ran out of mine that I buy online )I needed to buy it before I could look at it.I did buy it with the smile and said nothing.but me and my husband forgot to buy something else, he go back in and those cashiers was talking all together how a horrible mother I was for not breastfeeding my child !Because you know breastfeeding is so much better for the allergy bla-bla-blaThank you so much for this amazing experience I will never come back

Very poor service. The wait is too long. They need help. I'm still waiting for a Rx that my doctor sent electronically 2 weeks ago. They say they are waiting for the order from their supplier. If it was pain medication I would have had some kind of breakdown.

CVS is not the place to trust your life, they short staff and overwork their pharmacists and they are terrible about making sure you have the medications you need to stay healthy. This CVS is also short staffed up front, so I've always had a long wait to check out. Lots of things you might want to peruse and buy are locked up and it's hard to find someone who can assist you. Parking is difficult here too.

Not my "usual" CVS but I was looking for some reading glasses and this one was on the way home from another spot I had visited, so it was convenient. Seemed like a larger store with wider aisles than teh one I'm used to, so I kinda liked that.Went straight to the rack with generic eyewear. Selection was good, but the variety wasn't as wide as the CVS I frequent. Nevertheless, I did find the type of reading glasses I needed. I also spotted a nice xase - mine has seen better days, so I bought that as well.I went up to check out. Aside from the pharmacy, I only saw two employees in teh store and one of them was stocking merchandise. The guy who had been at the register when I came in was helping a customer find something and progress with that appeared to be slow. I looked to my right and was relieved to see a self-checkout counter. Stepped on over and got it done.Overall, a decent experience.

This review is for Quincey who was essentially helping every customer in the store while assisting every customer using self-checkout. He not only politely and pleasantly provided assistance to every, single customer, he seemed attuned to when they needed help and initiated the conversation by asking "is there something I can help you with?" CVS, don't be foolish. You have an employee who is motivated to do a difficult and under-appreciated job exceptionally well. These are the people you should be promoting to leadership positions.

I like this CVS. It's very clean, with friendly staff and up-to-date COVID protocols. It had a great selection of hair products, which is what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful when dealing with COVID testing questions.

I have to dedicate several days to get a prescription from this location because they do not effectively communicate with doctors office and consistently do not put in the right billing information. Then when it is time to pick up you still have to wait 20-30 minutes because they screw all orders before you! This location needs new leadership and more competent staff. People are sick and should not have to deal with the extra bs that comes with this location.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy ever. I get the same Rx every month and they consistently get my Rx wrong. When I try to call to avoid the same mistake AGAIN they leave me on hold for 30 minutes or more. When in the store the employees are rude and the manager always looks overwhelmed. I feel sorry for the staff and myself. Avoid this one if you can. I wish I could give it negative stars.

I could of got a call stating my insurance information needed updated before I drove all the way up there. I just paid for it in cash and moved forward.

Just came for a strep test. Hours inside say till 7:30pm. Walk ins advertised till 6:30pm. I came at 6:14 granted I know I know cutting it close. But they tell me there's nothing they could do for me. No one even being helped or seen. A doctor sitting in her office ask questions for the receptionist.
