If this is for the 6700 W Roosevelt location this was my first visit in many years. Friendly polite welcoming cashiers and manager. Better than Berwyn location west on Cermak - bigger variety of stock and better staff.

The staff is very patient and helpful. Even when I needed a lot of help, at no point did they make it seem like I was bothering them. The manager and cashier provided great customer service.

MISSING PACKAGE
This very CVS location also doubles as a mail ACCESS POINT.
So, on July 29th, precisely at 3.13pm; I had a package delivered here and duly confirmed by Amazon. And I came around to pick it up but oops, it was nowhere to be found.
This was an item I badly needed at this time.
Quite saddening.

All my available coupons were applied. My purchases were delightfully reduced because of this. Donna the manager took her time to explain how my coupons were applied and how they can be generated to my app. I was so excited about paying way less for my beauty products. Awesome experience.
