They seem chronically understaffed. I don think I've ever had less than a 10 minute wait to pick up an Rx. It's almost impossible to get a human on the phone.

Although the workers are nice here, they never have what I need in stock and these are insulins! I am transferring my prescriptions back to Walgreens. CVS told me it would be cheaper to have them refilled at a CVS pharmacy which is why I initially transferred them and turns out that was not true and the fact that it took a WEEK to get insulin is not acceptable. I don't even think they kept in the refrigerator - good thing it was cold out already. Back to Walgreens!

Similar to the previous comment, the two pharmacist s working here were very rude and unprofessional. They clearly do not want to be helpful to the customers. Would not go again.

On 04/20 I had a disturbing experience at this CVS pharmacy. I am a medical resident and in general can prescribe medications that are not controlled substances (like opioids and benzodiazepines) including for myself. Pharmacies require me to give my NPI and state license number in order to prescribe but not my DEA number which I do not yet have since I am still a resident. DEA number is only required for prescribing controlled substances. I have prescribed medications here before without issue but on this particular occasion was given a very difficult time. Here is what happened:I approached the front desk of the CVS and there were two pharmacy workers: Sheila and Susan who were working there. I was waiting for about 20 seconds without either of them saying anything to me so I introduced myself as a medical provider and that I need to prescribe a medication for myself. One of them looked at me confused without saying anything so I repeated myself. She then looked at her colleague and said "I don't know what he's talking about". The pharmacist then gave me a very disrespectful glance for several seconds before saying with a rude tone that I need to prescribe over the phone not in person. I stated no that I have done this before in person with no issues. She begrudgingly handed me a prescription pad which I filled out. While filling it out, another gentlemen stepped to the desk and within seconds was welcomed and asked what he needed help with. She then asked for my NPI and state license number which I gave her. She then asked for my DEA number which I said I do not have since I am a medical resident and asked why she needed it. She said "don't worry". At this point I was quite unsettled and felt disrespected so said "I really don't appreciate the way you and your colleague have treated me today and your attitude." She then said the DEA number was needed for verification purposes and I said it has never been asked of me before so it doesn't make sense why she suddenly needs it. She kept quiet and I said again that doesn't explain your attitude and the way the two of you have treated me. She helped me with the rest of my prescription and I left the pharmacy. It was a very distressing experience and for this reason I lodged a formal complaint with CVS pharmacy customer relations and hopefully do not have to deal with these two workers here again.

Been on hold twice for 45 minutes to only get hung up on each time. Will definitely be transferring to another CVS.

Not a full-service pharmacy. Limited hours (9-7), little stock, no auto refill service, poor response time. Needed an antibiotic ASP for a UTI. Twenty-four hours later still don't have it and can't find out when it's coming. Was not open at 9:10 this am, in spite of advertised hours, and don't answer phone. Walgreen's, here I come!
