Always the best experience in framing. Very Knowledgeable long time staff with an excellent eye and absolutely listening to you for what you need. Have done many pieces with them and have never been anything but Elated at the outcome!

I've had at least a dozen prints / pieces of artwork framed here over the years. They are a small local business, independently owned. What they provide in materials is of high quality & what they do is provide a service of finding the right design idea for your custom piece & your taste. Admittedly, this comes at a price, but I'm willing to pay that to get beautiful work & quality frames. You can buy "prefab" frames other places (or even get custom frames) but you get what you pay for. I have pieces that I LOVE & Jim has a talent for finding the right colors in matting & frames to suit your particular artwork. He spends the time to help you custom design your pieces (not just assembling what you tell him to, like at other stores). It's design. I had one instance when they got the frame wrong & it was rectified right away with no additional cost to me. Mistakes happen. I continue to use their services...years & years.

I have an elderly friend that had two 8" X 10" frames made. She thought it was going to be $97.00 or so. She was fine with that. However, you charged her $900.00. What the hell? You must be kidding me. She paid it because it was on her receipt and she didn't see it. I can not believe that you would take advantage of one of our senior citizens like that. I do believe she should be refund her money asap. There are a lot of people in River Forest that are very upset about this charge to our friend. You must do what is right and return all monies over the $87.00 she thought you charged her. I surely hope that this was an intentional con job.
