First place at Walgreens on Madison not too good second time I went, Walgreens on Roosevelt so so. Seems employees a little less than customer service fans, but, they get the job done correctly.

The fedex drop off is in the 8th aisle at this Walgreens. Don’t ask the employees in this Walgreens unless you want an attitude. They don’t want to be bother. You will see a door with a FedEx sign. Ring the doorbell. It’s not easy to spot if it’s your first time. Someone will assist you with the drop off. Also they only take printed shipping labels. They will not take just the QR code with no shipping label. Have your package and shipping label ready to go on your package or they won’t take it.
