Exceptional Service from Ozzie at Firestone – 226 Lake St, Oak Park, IL
I had an unexpected tire blowout, and thankfully, I found myself at Firestone on Lake St in Oak Park. Ozzie went above and beyond to assist me in my stressful situation. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful.
He quickly assessed my situation, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got the best possible solution for my car. Not only did he ensure my new tire was installed efficiently, but he also took the time to check my other tires and offer valuable maintenance tips. His customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated his patience and expertise.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. As a business owner honesty is everything. I had a flat tire, they did great on getting a new tire on. Fast forward 3 days. I am back in Michigan getting the other front tire replaced. I asked my local tire shop to check to make sure the tire put on at Firestone was balanced properly. To my surprise they didn’t even balance it. In fact they left the old weights in place as well. I called and asked if tire balancing was protocol and was told absolutely. I explained what happened and got told to bring it by. They would balance it. Completely unacceptable. This is why mechanics and tire repair shops get a bad name. Do better Firestone of oak park!!!!

Stopped in without an appointment for multiple screws in my tires. Ozzy and staff took care of my car within the time frame quoted. Great service and very friendly workers.

I only had about 45 minutes before close on a Friday and was riding on a donut. They decided to pop a new tire on for me last minute and I was out before 7:00.

In the process of buying tires for a car and needed an alignment as well. Purchased tires at Discount tire originally but was left scrambling to find a good alignment. Ozzie and Miguel were such good guys and my experience was great that I regret not getting the tires here and only the alignment. They’re not pushing unnecessary repairs or anything of that nature. They respected what I came in for, offered their advice and findings and let me do my thing. Great guys and this specific location.
