Frames were displayed in an organized manner. Price information was displayed with frames. Staff were readily available and informed me of it on my way in. I needed a small repair on the frames I purchased 2 years ago at forEyes. I told staff who went straight to work on my old frames. I began to browse the frames. Staff checked in with me at reasonable intervals. When I finally narrowed my selections, staff was supportive of my choice. Directly, my order was written up, measurements taken, my final questions answered. I left the store satisfied with my experience.

I always love going in to see Eric! He's super friendly and works hard to get me the best deal he can offer plus he explained everything very thoroughly to me so I knew exactly what was going on and how much I'd pay for each service. They say that new glasses come in 2 weeks but I think mine came in just 1.

I've been trying to get a simple receipt from my appointment back in May. I've tried several times by either going in person or calling. They are either always busy, don't return phone calls or act as if they are "new" and can't help. I just need a receipt folks. It's not rocket science.

They never answer the phone I was told two weeks for my glasses and it's been almost a month, my old glasses are broke and now Monday I will just go ask because I can't call and ask someone they won't answer the phone it's disappointing that you can not reach a business a doctor technically at that.

This location is very unprofessional. I ordered contacts and they submitted my order for glasses. I had insurance at the time which is why I was coming for contacts. When I came and picked my order up, the lady who is now taking over this location was very rude and couldn't be empathetic at all about what her location had done. Do Not recommend this location at all.

I had an appointment on 8/28. At that appointment, I was billed for an eyeglasses and contacts exam when my insurance paid for it. I was also told that the rebate for buying a years worth of contacts would come with the contacts (it didn't).I called multiple times in September to resolve this and get refunded/get the information for the rebate. The sales guy, Eric, told me repeatedly that his manager was going to process the refund. However, as I checked my credit card every few days, that refund never went through.Then on Monday, 10/2, I went back IN PERSON to try one more time. Eric gave me his personal cell phone number so I thought this time I would get this refund. A few days later when I texted to check in about it, he told me AGAIN that his manager processed the refund.I still have no refund from this store.I don't understand why this is so complicated? I will not be returning and would advise that if you go to this branch, you make sure all charges are correct before they run your card, because they will not refund any errors on their part.Absolutely ridiculous.

I was hesitant about posting this because it happened a couple of years ago, but reading some of the reviews, they do lack professionalism. My father in law was discriminated by all 3 of them (2ladies in the front and the one with a white coat that was back in the room) the reason that I think it was discrimination is because he had an appointment at 9 am the doors where still closed at 9:03 so we waited in the parking lot until they unlocked the doors at 9:05am. So they used the excuse that he was late because his appointment was at 9 am and not at 9:06, and that they were too busy to reschedule... yes, it sounds stupid, but that's exactly how it happened!!.

Four eyes is my affordable go to for glasses. They have some decent frames and some wonderful service. No matter how close to closing the service is pleasant, respectful, and courteous.

When I walked in there was 2 ladies talking about a 3rd lady I stood there for 5 minutes minutes before they stop. That should of been my first red flag to walk away. The one lady just had an attitude about everything I had food surgery and the chair keep rolling away she diddnt help or offer.2md red flag the eye doctor was nice 3 months later I still don't have my glasses.y every time I call no one answers so don't bother I leave message no one returns then I had to physically go over there for them to tell me there no on yet. So not worth it.try another place

The good... The manager is great. Experienced and able to help in all ways. Unfortunately, he's not always there.The (challenging)... It's been over 5 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. I do not recommend calling the store. The voice mail message is absolutely maddening, you'll get no useful information. So if you need to check on anything (like an order that's weeks late) you need to physically go back to the store and wait. It turns out, my order was put on hold due to some mixup with order numbers between the store and the manufacturer and was pushed aside, nothing had been done to fix the problem until I showed up. I was told the glasses would be in no later than Thursday. Friday comes around, no message from the store. I return to the store to find yet again there's a delay, perhaps? I didn't have the patience to wait and find out. I have been a Foreyes customer for years, but I can't see that continuing any longer.Maybe I'll get the glasses I paid for at some point in the near future.
