I came here to get a framed print re-matted and the person who helped me was so kind and welcoming. Price was quite reasonable and they were able to turn it around in a few hours. I appreciated the care they took to package up artwork and will definitely be back.

I replaced broken glass in cheap frames with 8x10 and 10x10 (already matted) kid pictures. They charged $89. Two pieces of glass just slid into a cheap frame. What am I missing here? I thought it would be $5 to cut a couple pieces of glass.
