Experience super nice staff was awesome. The pedicure was nice. The polishing of my nails look messy . That's ruins the entire pedi. All the nail polish bottles are low and old. NEED TO REPLINISH POLISH ASAP

Love this place!! ❤️ Found my new spot for my nail services. This place is so relaxing & the owner makes you feel welcomed (even offers a glass of Wine). I went here for the 1st time 3 weeks ago, as my son friend (Mari) works here and of course he highly recommended her 😁 Mari did an amazing job on my pedicure and nails 😁 she took her time and made sure I was satisfied with her services ❤️. I love my nails 💅. Fast Forward 3 weeks later and my nails are still looking great!! Mari is now my new nail tech and I'm looking forward to booking my next appointment with her for my fill in and pedicure. Thank you Glitter Nail Salon & Mari for a GREAT experience ✨️ ☺️

This place is a nice little gem! It’s busy, so book your appt in advance! That staff is soooo friendly & accommodating! Maris did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! I recently moved to Chicago and I think she will be my nail tech moving forward!

I’ve been coming to this salon regularly for the past few months, and each visit has been consistently excellent. Every time I get a pedicure, it’s with a different technician, and I always leave thinking, “That was amazing—I want them again next time!” Their entire team is incredibly skilled, and Mr. Tony is always friendly and attentive. I’m very particular about the quality of my services, and this salon has never let me down.

This place is Absolutely Amazing!! The Jelly pedicure felt sooo relaxing and the extended massage was beyond what I expected. The ladies and Tony gave me just the experience I was looking for. We were celebrating my Moms 60th Birthday and she could not stop expressing how amazing she felt. My Mom had the cucumber pedicure and each experience was out of body. The attitudes were positive and everyone was sooo nice. You guys made our 1st out of town experience extraordinary. 10/10 Please go here! They won’t disappoint!! I will travel from out of town to get this experience!

AMAZING JELLY PEDI!!! I made a last minute appointment on a whim for some much needed TLC and they did not disappoint. Lex made sure I was comfortable and did a really good job with my white no chip polish. Very plus size friendly and was offered a variety of beverages! Absolutely worth every penny!

First Visit: I do not recommend coming here at all!!! I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. My first time coming here they were extremely late to doing my nails I had an appt. for 5:30, I called them before hand and they told me they were behind and would need 2 hours. I called them again after the 2 hours 7:30 by this point and they said it was best to come in and wait. Once I get there they were still doing others nails and I proceeded to wait 2 additional hours before anyone started my service.
Second Visit: I wanted to try them again so I set my appt. the day before for 12:00 and arrived 10 mins before my scheduled time. They again were still working on someone else’s nails so I did not have anyone start until 12:30. That was fine until when I sat down and showed the nails that I wanted to get done it feels like the woman who was about to do my nails was making up prices. She proceeded to give me the rundown of all the charges $16 for soak off, $45 for no chip, $20 French tip, and $7 per design on each finger. She didn’t know the calculated price off the top of her head (understandably) So I went on my calculator and was going to add it up for her when I asked her to break it down one more time she proceeded to tell me the French was $25 so I asked her to clarify again and she said it was $20. At this point I asked if they could please just soak off my nails instead and the lady by this point had only filed my nails before she could start the soak off process she got up again and walked to the back. I was by this point kind of irritated and decided to not get any thing done.

I went there today and got a pedicure from Daisy. I felt really welcomed by the owner Tony and was immediately offered either wine or water. The salon was very clean and I had the pleasure of witnessing one of the techs disinfecting both the equipment and bowl, which put me at ease. Daisy was super sweet and very attentive to detail! While I was drying, clumsy me messed up my nails TWICE and she assisted each time with patience. Definitely a great spot to go to unwind or with friends.

Very unprofessional the guy who answers I called this morning to schedule a apt told him the time I’m off and I will come right after a lady left me a vm stating as a reminder I have a 15 min grace period when I called back to let them know I’m on my way he says well I put someone in your time slot because you didn’t answer why cancel if I informed yu early I’m gonna be coming from work when clearly if I didn’t answer and told u I’m coming right after 4 when I’m off to cancel and fill it in with someone else that’s not how you conduct business he was very rude and rushed me off the phone that’s not how you conduct business yet this was gonna be my first experience TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME AND FAIRLY .

The owner of this salon is extremely unprofessional and rude. In July or August of 2023 I came here for a tour because I wanted to enroll in their nail academy. However the owner was being aggressive and having an attitude with me throughout the whole tour. She was looking me up and down and was making snarky remarks towards me. I guess she was under the impression that I was trying to flirt with her husband when I had just called to schedule a tour. I never even saw the man in person and only conversed with him via text and we had spoke on the phone once in order to schedule this tour of the nail academy. Once I had arrived for the tour the owner went out of her way to inform me that the man I had spoke to before was her husband while using an aggressive tone as if she was trying to intimidate me. I was incredibly confused. I tried to brush it off as I was just focused on the tour because I was excited to potentially become a nail tech. As the tour continued the owner continued to make passive aggressive remarks that insinuated that she was under the impression that I’m rich or come from money just because I’m from the suburbs. At the end of the tour she had asked me if I had toured any other nail academies and I said that I hadn’t because her academy was the only one that was close to my house that looked like they did their nails the way I wanted to learn to do nails based on the photos on google and their website. She then encouraged me to research other nail academies. She made it abundantly clear that she had no interest in teaching me.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The owner, Mrs Tissa (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and her husband, Tony, are absolutely gems! The atmosphere and vibe in this location is all chill. The quality of service is top notch. All the nail techs here are so sweet and kind. Yesterday was my 2nd visit and I must say, it was a lovely experience. My nail tech (I can’t remember her name but she sits by the window) did my nails both times I visited and she knows her stuff! I love this place. I have found my new home for all things mani and pedi. Thank you Glitter Nail Spa for all you guys do! See you all soon. 😘💜💕
