I unfortunately received the worst haircut of my life here. Due there being a line of people waiting for haircuts after me, the lady who cut my hair disregarded my preferences and hurriedly chopped off several inches with scissors before calling it a day.

You get what you pay for ): at one point when the stylist was cutting my hair the shears she was using didn't even cut- completely dull and she blamed it on being left handed???. I told her where I wanted my bangs to hit once dry multiple times - she cut them there when they were wet leading to a much shorter length when dry. At least she complimented me on how I can French braid my hair back by myself, now I will have to braid my hair off my face for the foreseeable future because of how short and butchered my bangs are.

Great haircut and service for a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional stylists and I was impressed at how clean the salon is. An important note, they are cash only. You should try them out!

Never in my entire life have I gotten a haircut that left me in SEARING PAIN an hour later.
100% AVOID THIS PLACE. They used a razor on the back of my neck and completley destroyed the area. It hurt a little in the moment but hours later I'm in searing agonizing pain because of it. It is completley swollen, marked, red, and irritated in a thick line across the back of my neck. I have a smooth neck with no ridges and bumps so using a razor should have been no issue and yet their carelessness has left me in immense pain.
Never returning again and if I could attach a photo I would. If you are a male avoid this place. They're old overused unclean razors will destroy your skin

I’ve been getting my haircut at this store for years. This is the first time I have not been satisfied. They have always known my haircut directions, they have a printout of the characteristics, but this time the person must have misinterpreted it. My fault for not checking it before I left, but I’ve never had to before. Lesson learned.

The worst place. I ask her for a style she said no we have no people to do style. I said do a blow dry. She did and then she charged me for a formal style. $97 for a blow dry. I ask why I need to pay 97 for a blow and dry and she was trying to manipulate me that is a style. It was just a blow dry and wash. Worst place ever.

My first experience going to this great clips here in Chicago was good they did a good job on my cut. I used to commit to the great clips in st. Louis I love great clips professional and they do great jobs at cutting I'm hoping my next experience at this location is great

Staff is friendly I take my 2 toddlers ages 5 and 4 they do a great job at keeping them comfortable and happy throughout the cut.

Always a good "cut" with attention to changes in past haircut bio. Online-Check In is the way to snip and roll for myself, because waiting just doesn't Cut it....l had to do it.One Love, James

Rude staff. Lady that cut my hair did not listen to a word I said. I have an undercut and wanted the hair on top to stay 1 length. I go home and wash it and see that its chunky with multiple lengths. Owner says no cc refunds, only gift cards.
