I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Jiffy Lube. I came in for an oil change and they could not get my hood open. So instead of asking me what they should do, they decided to try to pry open the hood. Didn’t tell me about the damage and I had to find it when I got home from the place. I called them back and went back to them that same day. They said they would be willing to fix it, but I said I wanted to go through insurance instead. Fast forward to over a month and a half later, Jiffy Lube and Jiffy Lube Corporate refuse to accept responsibility. I have tried contacting their customer service on multiple occasions and they always say they will escalate the issue. I still have had zero updates from them, besides denying the fact that I was there even though I have a card, with the manager’s name written on there and admitting to “front bumper” damage. I also have proof of calling the place, but they refuse to accept it and pay for the damages. Which came out to $845. Might not seem like a lot, but I came in for an oil change and they couldn’t even do that, instead they put me $845 in the hole. Considering they refuse to work with me to solve this issue I figured I would TRY to warn any other poor soul that goes to this establishment. You better watch out cause they’ll make sure they screw you over.

If I could give the place 0 stars I would. They over-filled our car by a quart and installed the air filter incorrectly (determined by the dealer after the car shut down on the highway in a very dangerous spot). Went to show them the paperwork and ask for a refund. They took no responsibility whatsoever and directed us to Jiffy Lube customer service. Waited a few weeks for some response from franchisee DeGeatano Enterprises, Inc. Nothing. This is no way to do business. I would highly recommend you NOT take your car here for any type of service.

DO NOT COME HERE. Dishonest business, charged me a lot of money for unnecessary services and lied about the condition of my vehicle. They prey on people who do not understand cars well and take advantage of them.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a couple of weeks later I noticed something hanging from the bottom of the car. When I went under there I found that it was a panel that had ripped. I thought that maybe it was from something else so I took it to the dealership only to find out that it was because the panel surrounding the drain plug wasn’t secured properly. I can believe that to be true because this Jiffy Lube didn’t even know how to reset the oil light in my car. I immediately reached out to Jiffy Lube and I was told that they’re not taking any accountability because I should’ve brought it to them first. If I had known that they were the cause of the problem I definitely would’ve taken it to them, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they knew what they were doing. Even if I had taken it back to them how could I trust them to fix it correctly the second time? The fact that they’re choosing not to make this mistake right, definitely lost me as a customer and I don’t recommend ANYONE take their car there.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a while and stopped by this afternoon to have my tires inflated. The staff member who helped me (I wish I remembered his name) was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuine. He provided helpful feedback about my tires without making me feel like a burden or speaking in a condescending way. When I offered a tip, he politely declined and said, “No problem at all, that’s what we’re here for!” His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others. Faith in humanity restored—thank you! 😊

I recommend this jiffy lube to everyone!! I literally drive out of my way just to come to this location just off the customer service alone! The staff are amazing and deserve a lot of praise! I been coming here for years and each time I came they always helped me no matter what and they are very patient and will take the time to really explain the issues! I love this location and the staff here will continue to come!
