You should stop if you are taking your car for oíl chance to this place be carfull bc after a couple times I took my car there ... the workers damage the screw for the oíl change and the you will have a bigger problem. Problably after THEY read this comment THEY wont tell the costumers any more. Bye and God bless America...

Called for a battery install was told 209 got to the location price increased to 379.. Had limited time tell them to just get it done they say 20 minutes, but a hour and 20 minutes later they finally install the battery. Claimed battery had to come from autozone which is right down the street, took over a hour to come from Austin to Oak park Ave??? Total price 400 for a 289 autozone battery not even an offer of a discount for the additional time and wrong info given. Didn’t even vacuum the car or check tires considering I was just sitting for over a hour 4xs the total time they said the job would take to complete not to mention it was a slow day the workers standing around talking.

New people changing the oil, said something different about me paying more if my car takes more than 5 quarts, I said, I have never been told that before, this is not my first time here, he was testing me, if I did not let him know, he would have charged me more, trying to run a game, he was snappy about everything, I wanted my A/C filter checked, it is inside the car, he didn't check!!!!!

Went for an oil change, my tires were low, car light for that is on, they usually fill the tires. Today they didn’t, and then I looked at my receipt and they said that I declined, I did not decline the tire pressure service. Feels like a hustle in there.

I am really disappointed by the fact that right after receiving my Oil Change my A/C stopped working. No one knows what happened. When I drove the car in it was working perfectly and very cold. When I drove out it was warm and never got cold again.
I returned to let them know what happened, and no one knows anything. What kind of service is this?? Disappointed!!
