Me & my kids have been patients there for 8 years, in the last 2 years their customer service at the front desk has been horrible. Carmen, who answers phones, is antagonistic & incredibly rude for no reason. They have expanded a lot since I first started going there in 2015, not sure if it's too much too soon or if they just don't spend enough time training their staff. Hold times are super long, it's difficult to get appointments and they push you through the appointments super quick to move on to the next person. Very disappointing, don't waste your time.

This office is amazing. All of the Dr’s and PA’s get to know you. Appointments are easily available and they offer telehealth and in person appointments. Not sure why previous reviews show wait times to be long, there has never been a long wait for us to see the Dr’s. Test results are also a quick turnaround. The staff at the front desk have always been pleasant.

This office has THE Best P/A and MD’s.All of my family members go here. They really get to know you. If you are able to become a patient here, I advise you to do so. It’s so great to have complete physicals with my Dr instead of needing to make appts all around the city (ie obgyn care) i they find a way to fit you in, be it telehealth or in person.

I effectively selected this practice at random, but have had a positive experience in every respect. Dr. Chan and now Dr. HagenSwiecicki have been excellent: sharp, thorough, and kind.

Our recent visit to the Family Care Clinic was disappointing. We arrived 20 minutes late due to difficulty finding the clinic as there were no signboards and it was our first visit. Despite explaining our situation, they canceled our appointment. Patients often wait 30 minutes for the doctor to see them at the family clinics, but if a patient gets late, there is a big no. This goes against medical professionalism. We won't be returning to this clinic.

I have been going to Lake Street Family Physicians for 4 years now seeing 2 of their doctors. They’ve always been quick to get me into a room, and kind / caring.

I was 1 minute late past 10 minute cutoff due to lost wallet and getting something to pay my $15. They wouldn't see me. My ear been bleeding 2 weeks and I can't hear. Had no remorse and wouldn't get me in. Meanwhile the lobby was empty.

I am a relatively new patient with this practice. I recently had an annual wellness visit with Latoya Miller, who is wonderful. I want to acknowledge the Referral Specialist, Yesi Hernandez. I had horrible problems with a Specialist I saw in regards to the Bills they sent me. I spent days and hours contacting BCBS, The Billing Dept. of the specialist, Arcadia and my IHP. Everyone gave me wrong answers and I continued to get billed for the services. I contacted Yesi and she was the only one who knew what to do, how to resolve it and she fixed the issue. She also spent hours and days, on my behalf. Yesi was constantly in contact with me, keeping me updated on the progress. Yesi went above and beyond for me, even taking a phone call from me when she was done with work for the day. I cannot thank Yesi enough. She kept me calm and just provided excellent customer service. Just a heads up. Today is May 11, 2023, you know, "the end of the pandemic." Today I learned if you haven't been poisoned with Pfizer's experimental drug, they will outright refuse to treat you and throw you out of their office regardless of how badly you need to be treated. I was referred by another doctor (a specialist) in the building because that doctor had some rather alarming concerns and said I needed to be seen by a PCP "right now." I tried to explain that, wasn't even given the chance. Way to uphold the oath, Doctors.

This review is based solely on the incompetent and rude front desk staff. They are seemingly unable to complete the most basic tasks that come with working for a medical practice. I’ve had numerous instances where they have forgotten to have prescription refills approved and then claimed that there was no record of such a request. Most recently, I called to have a referral faxed to an ENT that I had an appointment scheduled with. They said they would fax it over that day. I got to my ENT appointment three days later and found that the referral had never been sent. Due to my particular insurance I was not able to see the ENT that day without the referral. They couldn’t get it faxed over in a timely manner so I had to turn around and go home. Again, when I followed up with LSFP I was told that there was no record of my request for a referral. Complete incompetence across the board.

I've been going there for many years and it's great! Most of the staff is great! Except the part where they removed the option to leave a message. How financially unstable can a health service company be that they don't or can't even accept messages

Thy are very good here and so nice they really take care of there business and there patients i have to say I have not been let down from there always on top of my health situations and keep me safe and happy and healthy . Thanks for all you do.

As a family practice this is a very nice and good place to receive care. All providers have always taken time with me and never made me feel they were in a rush to get to the next patient. Dr. Kungl is knowledgeable but never arrogant, and the nurses and others in the practice are kind good people with solid technical expertise. I honestly do not care about the rantings of past employees who did not like working in their office. My experience with the office staff has been very positive and I have been going here for over 15 years.
