I came in for a TB test and physical assessment for a new job. In my initial appointment, Metali said she could not do a physical assessment for me because I had only scheduled a TB test. I asked to be scheduled for a physical assessment in addition to getting my TB test read during the follow up appointment the following Wednesday. Metali scheduled my appointment. On Wednesday, I left work early so that I could come to this appointment. Therese Andrews was the provider and my appointment was at 5:30 pm. I checked in early and waited, as it appeared the clinic was running late. Therese saw me at 5:45 and would only complete my TB test reading and would not do the physical assessment because “we close at 6 and there’s not enough time to do it” although there was still time in my appointment slot for her to do the assessment. Therese told me “Everything shuts down at 6, I couldn’t do it even if I wanted to” thus suggesting that she didn’t even want to do the quick physical assessment. She had time to make this happen for quality patient care. But instead offered to schedule me an appointment for the next day, despite me already being in the clinic right in front of her!! I simply said no thank you. I would never recommend anyone to get care from this clinic, as the providers don’t seem interested in providing quality patient care. They just want to get each patient in and out. Therese didn’t even fill out the forms for my TB test correctly that is required by my employer. Such a waste of time. Thanks for nothing!

I had an appointment at CVS at 9:10 AM. I checked in at 8:50 AM, and the doctor saw me right on time at 9:10, with no delays. They performed all the necessary tests, clearly explained the cost, prescribed treatment, and provided a note for my employer. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Making the appointment was easy and I did not have to wait much. The NP was very informative and answered all my questions. Prescribed the medication I needed and I am feeling so much better.

The practitioner was very caring not judgmental and very informative. She also was informative of services that was not needed for my goal for my daughter.

The NP, Theresa A. was very nice, listened to the reason why I was there. Prescribed me a prescription that my insurance company denied and she replaced it with one they would pay for. Would I go back if needed yes.

Made an appointment a few days ago and still had to wait an hour. Someone just walked in 45 minutes into me waiting and they saw them first. Why make appointments then? Will not be back. Also it doesn’t look clean.

Horrible process. I was so sick and went to the clinic. There was no appointments for the day, so I joined the wait-list. Waited for two hours, and not a single patient showed up. They could not help me because the no-shows did not officially “cancel.” If you are sick, your priority is not to make sure you cancel your appointment.UPDATE: just go to Midwest Clinic, where they allow walk-ins

Scheduled an appointment for 3:30 but had to wait to be seen(took off one star for the wait). But once we are in the office the process was smooth and easy. All the staff were super friendly and helped us with what we need.

Khrystyna is a literal angel! I have high anxiety when it comes to going to clinics and she makes me feel very comfortable. I feel like she genuinely cares about her patients. Her kindness makes me feel comfortable booking appointments here and motivates me to be on top of my health.

Very bad experience with Minute clinic at 512 SAGAMORE PKWY W,WEST LAFAYETTE, IN 47906 today. CVS advertises mental health in Minute Clinic and I called 866 number to confirm that they would proscribe medication for anxiety at this particular site. The nurse practitioner confirmed that. But when I brought my overstressed student son there they cancelled the appointment because they don't do it. The Chinese woman could barely speak English there but denied that they do this in Minute Clinics at all. Maybe the bosses or their add department never told her.
