I went in there to get my watch fit to my wrist and they did it super quick and handed me a water while I waited. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very kind and thoughtful service. Will definitely be returning in the future :)

I am so happy I chose to check out Oak Park Jewelers. I had a couple of watches I needed to have resized. For one of them, I had a friend try to resize the bracelet for me, but he did it wrong. So I decided to go to the experts.I submitted a text to the website to see if this was a service they provided...and the response was quick and friendly. This made me decide to go here rather than one of the other jewelers I queried.When I got there, the bright, clean store was inviting. The staff was friendly. And since I was already bringing in one watch, I decided to have a second resized as well.The service I received was fast, friendly, and so professional. Now my two watch bracelets fit perfectly!I couldn't be happier that I chose to go to Oak Park Jewelers!

I had a wonderful experience with this local business. Pregnancy had caused my fingers to swell so much my rings had to be cut off. They scheduled a same day appointment for me and helped me out. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Jewelry repair aside, their selection is incredible. Would highly recommend this business.

Carlee was the best!!! I was running a bit behind and she was so patient and kind with me and my group. Made the experience one of the most memorable I could have asked for. I knew OPJ was the only one I wanted to go to for my engagement ring and they went above and beyond my expectations. If you don’t even know what you want going into it, they are so knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t wait to keep going to them for years to come. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you!!!

It's been just over 2 years now and I'm still so obsessed with my ring I need to leave the review I meant to leave ages ago. My engagement ring is from the 1930's and my favorite part about it is the little etchings and the rings/bows on the sides of the main diamond. I really wanted a wedding band that would highlight those points and not be competing with its unique shape. I visited a couple different places to look at standard options but when I went to Oak Park Jewelers they told me they could make a mold of my engagement ring shape and then create a band that would match the etchings. I had to come back the next day when the man who works on this type of thing was in. He was an older gentleman and I wish I remembered his name so I could thank him more specifically - I also hope for your sake he hasn't retired because it was true craftsmanship and artistry that is rare to find these days. The final product was so much better than I could have imagined, he recreated every little characteristic so perfectly, down the tiniest details that I really have to squint to even see at all. Which is why I never get tired of looking at it haha. It looks like a cohesive set, as if they both came together straight out of the 1930's. It's holding up beautifully and should I ever need a resizing or other repairs obviously I know where I'm going. Thank you again!

Very pleased with the service at OPJ! I brought in my engagement ring to be resized and a week later a got a text that is was ready to be picked up. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was a breeze. I will be returning to Oak Park Jewelers to pick our wedding bands and any other jewelry needs!

From my engagement ring, bridesmaid/maid of honor gifts, to our wedding bands--OP Jewelers was with us every step of the way for our wedding planning. They did a beautiful job with all the pieces and really worked closely with us to make our vision come to life. Moreover, the team at OPJ really makes you feel like an old friend/family, which is just another reason to support amazing small businesses!! I lost my wedding band, so I went here to replace it. I was surprised by the number of customers in the store. Fortunately, they had ample people to help. The jewelry is made to order, and all the jewelry you see is display only. I picked my ring, got sized and placed my order. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable.

Every time I have purchased something from Oak Park Jewelers I have been very happy. They are always extra helpful, very friendly and engaging, and talented at redesigns. Recently I asked them to reconfigure some earrings I’d purchased while on vacation that I didn’t love when I was back in the real world. One became a necklace for my niece (who loves it) and one became a ring for me (that I love). I am very happy with OPJ!

Rob at Oak Park Jewelers made both my and my now wife's experience amazing. Firstly, Rob was able to hold my hand through the process of designing an engagement ring. I brought in a Diamond that was passed down through my family and he was able to make recommendations, suggestions and ultimately help me find the best option. Secondly, he helped both my wife and I customize our own wedding bands. My wife's was much more complex and Rob was patient, calm and helped us create exactly what we envisioned for our rings. Add to all the amazingness of Rob, the price was right!!!My wife might as well have added to her vows that she won't get jewelry anywhere else because she has told me that for ever. Now I know why.
