I have had the joy of our family's insurance switching three times in the past 4 years. I truly cannot imagine having to work through all the issues that come with those changes without Sears Pharmacy. They actually communicate by phone, and they do it politely, promptly and effectively with physician offices and insurance companies. I feel very lucky to have them here in Oak Park. They work hard to have a Google review rating so high and deserve every compliment!

All of these five star reviews say it all! Sears Pharmacy is fabulous, and such a neighborhood gem. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and will answer any and all questions that you might have. The service there is quick and efficient. The pharmacy itself is extremely well stocked, both with prescription medication and over-the-counter essentials. Recently, there was a small error with a prescription (on my physician's end). Sear's contacted me to inform me, and took it upon themselves to contact my provider and rectify the situation, and were very transparent about the issue and timeline throughout. Sear's is one of the first local businesses that I recommend to friends and neighbors who are new to the area, and everyone has always been just as satisfied as my family has been. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I was excited to have a compounding pharmacy so near to me when I moved here. I like to support family owned businesses, but they took 3 weeks to fill my prescriptions, had a difficult time undering what the doctor had prescribed, & charged me a lot more than my previous pharmacy. i went back to my original pharmacy, although not as close. I never had these problems with them. The experience was disappointing.

Thank you Sears Pharmacy! They’re the only pharmacy I could find closest to the south side of chicago that can compound seizure medications for my 6lb yorkie. They’re worth the 45min drive and I recently used their delivery Courier, which was great. I truly appreciate them being able to fill his medications so quickly …. Even the same day after leaving the animal hospital.

I can't thank Ken, the compounding pharmacist, enough for his expert skills and generous support with our family member's compounded Rx's. I plan to get all of our store medical supplies (& great Birthday cards!) there in the future.

My experience that we have is that the staff including the pharmacy doctor they are very beautiful people that we gotten to know them in all of the years that we known them at Segreti pharmacy. They are always very friendly and helpful with us at all times and with the customers and with any concerns or needs that we might need ever since that we known them for all of their services. They are always polite for answering our questions or doubts that we might have in person when you go to the pharmacy Sear's or when you are on the telephone talking with them for what you might need assist with, they are always there to help you as much as they can possible with any questions or concerns that you may have or might need. I recommend them that they are one of the best pharmacy's that we have known for a long time now until the present day of today and that we got a chance of meeting them just in time in person they are wonderful people always there for you no matter what happens to you, you can count on them. And that I have all my confidence with them 100% because they are very lovely people of staff and pharmacy doctor very friendly and always concern of any help you my need, ever since we met them. When we met them in person recommended by my primary doctor Dr. Guido Grassoknight that he recommended us to go with Segreti Pharmacy that they can be able to assist you and your family concerns, that's what my primary doctor Dr. Guido Grassoknight gave to me to go with them. The pharmacy doctor and staff are always there for you to assist you in all of your many needs. They have always been there for me and my family. like any medications that we might need for colds or when you are sick and etc. the staff would always be able to assist you with all of our concerns and needs that I would have for me and my family. As well for the customers and their concerns and needs too. Its always good to have them handy at all times and to be able to know that they exist so that you can always be healthy. This place is an absolute gem. I will go back to Walgreens or CVS over my dead body. (Maybe literally, considering how long the chains make you wait for your medicine.)
