As of today I will not return to this shell, the lady that works here is very ignorant and racist. I had some change and she said it was too much change and wouldn’t serve me so I went to the bank across the street and got cash. I returned to get what I came for and she had the audacity to complain and said we have rules and called me a child. If I were the manager or owner she would be fired on the spot. I’m a resident here in oak park and I have never experienced anyone like her. Today is the 24th and 2pm. Caution to anyone that wants to be insulted when you spend money here!

I Truly like this Gas station But the Cashier ( the African American slim Chick with the Long Lashes & short hair ) Can Be VERY RUDE AT TIMES. I Witnessed her being rude with other customers on Different occasions also. Even a young lady told me she dislikes going in there when she working and Yes exactly how I feels. She need to stay home on the Days she don't want to be bothered cause her Customer Service is HORRIBLE At times.

People there are always nice for a gas station that sees a ton of traffic employees seem to deal with the chaos pretty well. Have seen some unprofessional stuff in the past there but it's a gas station not a 5 star hotel, people reviewing here might need to adjust expectations or just happened on a bad experience.

Why is it that every time I want to use the little window to purchase things I'm always given some lip about how the employees don't want to use the perfectly usable window. They never can give a logistical reason why they don't want to or why it can't be done. The items that I want to purchase are behind the counter right where they are and are small enough to fit. So why the hassle? You'd think that during a pandemic that they would want as many customers as possible to use the window rather than going inside where social distancing is questionable and with people breathing all over them. When you think about it, it's actually safer for the employees and customers but I guess that nine months into a pandemic that they haven't caught on yet. I hope the manager reads these reviews but probably not. I could just do without all the sass the next time I want to use the window.
