I was here a short while ago to upgrade my phone and was nicely assisted by a young man named Aidan as well as his supervisor Ashley. They both provided me with good feedback on the phones, packages and helped transferred all my photos and apps. This location was clean and very well organized. Definitely recommend.

I paid cash for my I Phone 13 and I honestly feel like I bought an old used phone. My phone has been hacked some kind of way, I can only pay the bill in the store by presenting identification, my bill is double, I can’t talk to customer service because they say my social doesn’t match what’s on the account go back to the store. The store says call customer service. You’re ripping me off. You got my info, but I can’t control or get into my own account. Sprint had its problems but nothing like this. What happen to people caring?

Not a true t-mobile store. I was sold a bad phone, & had to pay a restocking fee in order to have to get my account cleared.

Jacqueline made my life so much easier to go to a different store. She made sure for the next associate (Kenni who was fabulous) to make the quickest $800 upgrade sale of their lives. I was in an out of the Oak Park store just as quick as the store on 36 S state Street. Save your time and drive 15 minutes.

Would not accept an iPhone with minimal wear & tear (no screen or water damage) for end of lease return option due to the fact that I was not purchasing a new phone from them and instead deciding to use an old phone (paid off from T-Mobile) in working condition! Don’t waste your time or energy at this location!! Money Hungry and not caring what is best for the customer!!

Went in for an upgrade got helped out by tanisha. Took over an hour. She helped out another customer while she was helping me. Super rude. She went to the back around 5 times and everytime took around 10 minutes. We left and the phone wasn’t even activated properly. Never going back again. Horrible experience.

Great customer service and interpersonal skills are always critical for the success of any business. This was my experience yesterday when I visited T-Mobile in Oak Park, IL.

Great service, I came down there frustrated with the difficulty to install a Comcast internet, so I decided to try T Mobile, internet. Aidan, was the name of the representative, took care of me, he was very nice and understanding, and he was also very knowledgeable, in less than thirty minutes I was on my way home happy as I could be with a new service that was working in minutes without any struggle, thanks Aidan and the manager for a good, fast and effective service.

The staff at the Oak Park IL T-Mobile are either incompetent or don't care about their customers.I went in store and asked whether my prepaid plan covered international roaming to recieve SMS messages. They checked my account and confirmed that it did. They also confirmed that the way my phone and account was set up would work.Once I went overseas after receiving a handful of SMS messages (not sending, making calls, or using data), it said I had depleted my balance after a few days out of the country.I'm looking forward to changing phone providers when I get back.If you enjoy being stuck overseas without phone access or being lied to, then I recommend using the Oak Park T-Mobile store.

I took in my phone because it was misbehaving. There was a little bit of a wait, but not too long. The staff was very helpful and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Fortunately, it was a quick fix. The staff explained what happened and how they were fixing my phone. We also discussed some related issues as well. I've had T-Mobile as a provider since 2014 and have never regretted the choice.

Frustrated, angry and working with my last ion of patience, I found myself in the lobby of the T-mobile Oak Park store. The reason for my rare highly disturbed mood was my cellular service experience. With the people across the street with a a red check mark. A new business customer to them... I had summoned my trial of Lemony's unfortunate events. From wrong device, to incorrect billing, to delayed service response and alas an incorrect application of a suspended account. A businesswoman with endless demands.... I had no energy for my 8th customer service call to the red check marked people. A friend recommended, I try T-mobile.... now, you're caught up to my lobby entrance. My rep Yardi was a diamond in the rough. She walked me through the plans for cellular service and wifi.... I brought my own devices... and it was not frowned upon. Most importantly, when I approached my wits end of a 20 min call to port my number and transfer the line.... she simply took over. May not be much for others but CS calls are my weakness and after making calls to her T-mobile CS (who was FAR superior in skill and issue management), we were in the clear.Price difference V-people was $175 for biz line and mobile router.T-mobile can to 1/2 that price.V-mobile franchisee lied and said my cube was free of charge a biz customer...but it was actually $400 on an installment. Please check your bills. V-people are getting individuals in and then holding you hostage. In short...thank you T-mobile store on Lake in Oak Park. My faith in Customer Service has a brighter outlook. Cheers!
