Worst company ever. Communication is poor i got the run around. The took money from my account after the account was closed.

I also had a very negative experience with this business: after collecting my payment for 3 months by credit card, they started claiming my credit card company had denied it and adding charges to reinstate it with threats of cancellation. My dealership is even having a hard time getting them off my back.

The communication is nonexistent. I was told to do one thing then they have attempted to charge additional fees with an explanation. Do not use them, run.....Car dealers should be ashamed that they push this product. It would be nice if the CUSTOMER SERVICE agents were more knowledgeable and educated,
