Generally,I have had a good experience with this branch. The tellers are friendly and efficient. However, on two occasions, I have waited an exorbitant amount of time while the one and only teller served customers with apparently complex transactions. The first time there was another teller present walking around the bank but not taking care of customers. The second time, the second teller had to escort someone to the safe which took at least fifteen minutes. I realize he had no options and I do not fault him. He did help me promptly when finished.
I understand the plight of brick and mortar businesses and the need to staff them sparsely as foot traffic to the bank and elsewhere has slowed significantly. However, a simple "I am sorry. We will be right with you as soon as we can" would have been appreciated. Or, better yet, the other teller during the first incident could have saved me from this ordeal. The best case scenario would be having three tellers ,if that is not asking too much.
I do bank elsewhere as well and rarely wait longer than a few minutes, if at all.
My first bank was Beverly bank in 1983 which changed hands several times until it was acquired by US Bank years ago. History keeps me coming back. Please do not make this the only reason to stay.
Oh, and please do not tell me that I can bank online as I do that as well and that would be insulting..
Again, I thank you for generally excellent service over many years and hope that this critique is considered in a constructive manner.

The experience I had at the Oak Park Avenue branch was horrible I have never been treated so badly The rudeness and professionalism is unacceptable The only reason I gave one star was because I had to choose a star to get to this screen. My real writing is zero

I’ve dealt with the same teller that last two times I’ve gone in to this location. Rosa is literally the best. I’m so glad that I’ve made a switch from PNC to US Bank. She’s made the switch well worth it. She’s efficient, kind, friendly and goes above and beyond to help me. She’s the best!

This branch is awful. I placed a wire transfer last Wednesday and was told it would take 1-2 days to process. It's now been 6 days later, and no one at this branch or from the 24h US Bank support can help me. No one at this branch has EVER picked up the phone and I'm left looking unprofessional because the wire transfer still hasn't been sent with no update from US Bank as to what's going on.

Lavinia the manager provides the worst customer service possible, lacks any sense of what it is to be professional, best believe she’ll give you attitude. My account has been frozen for weeks and I’ve been struggling to get an update customer service tells me one thing I walk into this branch and they tell me another. I should have read all the reviews before deciding to open account here. The manger is horrible and her staff follows suit very well. Avoid opening any account here or this institution in general. Take your business elsewhere.

While I am NOT a fan of US Bank for my business account, there are two outstanding folks working at the OP Ave location. Rosa, the teller, is patient, kind, and quick to process deposits. Lavinia, Branch Manager, provided exceptional customer service as she took the time to find a check that was missing from the deposit slip when the US Bank #800 customer service department could not. Rosa and Lavinia ARE the best part of US Bank!

Scheduled an appointment 24 hours in advance to pick up personal checks. After an hour of trying... they could not print out personal checks. Tellers were nice, but in the future I will be doing my banking at a bank that can actually do my banking. Edit; As to the reply: They could not print counter checks. Even with a 24 hour heads up. Spent an hour of my time waiting for their printer to work but nope.
