Walked in there 10 mins before closing time the lady at the front desk still took me in and helped me step by step.
She worked after hours to make sure I got done what needed to be done. Very friendly and professional lady, very patient with me and explained the process to me, will definitely go back to this place if I need services! Thank you!

Do not bring your package here. Dropped off a package and never left the facility- another USPS facility told me this means it was likely stolen by an employee at this facility. I now have to go through multiple claims cases just to get compensated.

Walk in pasaporte is 1.30-3 on Thursday’s walking in at 1.40 she said she was done doing passports she wasn’t going to deal with it anymore . Why have walk ins if you are going to be annoyed when someone is walking in for one .

2. Supervisor dripped with condescension. You’re a Super at a small town post office, not a partner at Goldman Sachs. I mean really, some perspective is useful.

Honestly the nicest and most willing to help people I’ve met in any usps…went in an hour before close and both my issues were resolved within the next hour and beautiful building‼️

Never ever receive packages or mail on time. They’re a joke. If I’m waiting for a package delivery I have to go there to pick it up because it doesn’t get delivered. I got a jury duty request after the date on the card. When you do get mail it’s smashed in your mailbox because there’s so much that wasn’t delivered before. I’m guessing 3 people work at this location 2 to make excuses and one to call off every day. If the mailman is sick or on vacation you’re totally screwed. The Post Master General should be fired. What happened to the US postal service? Honestly I don’t know why it still exists with such poor service.I posted one star for a rating, that’s being generous!

They are awful, I have a small online store and ship 10-20 packages a month. They lose or break these items every month. This is easily the most unreliable post office I have ever used.
