First the cashier was rude and then the pharmacist was condescending. The of course both of them were black women! It’s so crazy how we treat each other so badly. Why is that you can’t ask questions to people that work in question asking jobs! I asked why weren’t my prescriptions ready that I ordered over the phone with the pharmacist! No one gave me an answer, I was told the automated system doesn’t work sometimes. I told the pharmacist again I talked to someone on the phone when I ordered the medication, the automated system called to say all 4 medications are ready! Can you look again? She walked away said I’ll put it in. She tried to have a point because one time I said the wrong medication. I apologized the first time I said it wrong, she wanted to bring it back up again…. I’m like what is wrong, why can’t do you have to irritated and angry because I’m trying to figure out why my medication is not there, after calling and being notified that it there!

This is specific to the Walgreens on Madison. Those pharmacists are so good and work so hard, it is crazy. Plus, the bathroom inside is remarkably spotless, so much so that I had the manager come over to get abundant praise

Always late and you never get an update unless you call and wait on hold even though you have text and email alerts. They are often understaffed and have no sense of urgency so the waits take 20 mins or longer and they often have the drive thru closed due to staffing. This is the worst location I’ve been to however, I feel stuck since it’s close to home.

Overworked (I'm guessing?) and unapologetic staff continue to provide poor service. Long wait times and promised pickup times that are never met.
Go anywhere else if you can. This place is just terrible--a disaster of a pharmacy.

Go anywhere else but to this pharmacy. It takes them forever to fill a prescription. They always lie about when your prescription will be ready. Your prescription will never be ready when they say. There’s always an issue filling my prescription at this location.

Claimed multiple times my prescription wasn't in the system. Called a different local Walgreens and they were immediately able to find, transfer over to their store and fill for me.
