Epically sub par pharmacy. Transferred a long list of scripts from a further suburb to this location. Literally not a visit that’s under 30 mins. Always reason why they don’t have something or why things are delayed. But instead of telling me 5 days before when I submitted the refill you wait till I’m in store to tell me then want me to call around to find solutions. My old location in Lombard would refill all my scripts same day is a few hours and would call then with any delay. Not robo call. This place has had the med order for 6 days and can’t communicate, are out of stock, and didn’t even have an order in there system. Hot hot mess. Oh and one time for an out of pocket med they were trying to charge me fire a year supply instead of the one month. I about left not being able to afford my meds. All Walgreens pharmacies are not created equal.

I would like to thank my pharmacist at Madison and western the pharmacy and Fleppli I know I spelled his name wrong but he is the best pharmacist I have ever had he is the most reliable kind pharmacist I know I thank you for him he is the best.

The absolute worst pharmacy customer service ever. 4 consecutive times they told me that my prescription would be ready it wasn't. They are often out of meds and don't call to let you know of issues, or have things ready when they say they will. They allow you to make appointments for vaccinations, knowing that they don't have any vaccines in stock.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I love the customer service here! Always so helpful when I need it and very friendly. We are on a very busy intersection with a lot foot traffic but even busy, the staff always works hard to get us what we need and get us in and out!

Just went in for hand sanitizer and Couldn't find any, by the way, customer service is very poor, people don't even say anything to you and they see you looking for things or looking lost.

Pharmacy gave me a really hard time in getting my daughters medication. They lied to me and said my insurance wasn’t valid. Once I made it home, not even 30 mins, the text came through to pick prescription up! If you’re backed up, just say that! They were very inconsiderate when I called. Ridiculous!

Rude cashier today 10/02/23 at 1:30pm she was so mean I told her I was going to use a coupon and she rapidly scanned everything and told me the total when I was about to scan it she said it was too late she already charged regular price and I had to scan it before but she didn’t say that when I told her I was looking for it. If you don’t like to work as customer service then find another job you old lady.
