Wonder Works is a children's museum in Oak Park, IL, with nine indoor and outdoor experience zones. Its mission is to spark curiosity and creativity through positive, play-based learning for all young children. It is a fun, clean place with many interactive attractions and lots of different activities. Children have a blast with the train set, the winding machine for the balls, the gears, and the water table. It is a perfect place for young or sensory-sensitive kids and is very affordable. The staff is friendly, understanding, and enthusiastic. Families find it a perfect mix of fun and learning and recommend it, noting that a membership is totally worth it for locals. Wonder Works operates on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis.
My four-year-old grandson and I had a wonderful time. There’s so many different areas to play. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We will definitely visit again when we come back from Florida.

Many interactive attractions for your child to do. Weekend Manager Christine and cashier/attendant were very understanding with ticketing issue and was fully able to enjoy our time here. Would recommend to any family!

Fun, clean place to bring the grandkids. Lots of different activities. My daughter bought me a yearly pass which was a good deal but they are changing the memberships & we will most likely not be renewing.
