If you need a banker to help you with your issue, come here and work with May. She was amazing. I've never walked out of a bank and felt uplifted.

Malli Montano the Retail Banker is very rude. Apparently she has a problem and I don't know what her issue is. She lucky she didn't get slapped. Trust me, I will never come up there again. This is the 2nd time this has happened. She has an attitude, she's talking to people anyway she wants to. She lucky she didn't get hurt because she would of gotten hurt physically.

What is happening with the financial industry. The profession of a banker is fleeing. I arrived at this branch promptly at 9am doors did not open til 10 min later. Mohammad the Vice President of the branch was in the most casual T-shirt. He was going to look into an issue for me & call me. I had to stop in the next day because he did not return my call. Business calls should be returned by end of business days. Avoid this branch

This is not actually for this location but for Bmo Harris in general worst customer service experience there is an opportunity to stop payment through zelle but do not use because you would not be able to get it back right a away not 3 business days they pretend to understand your situation but they don't care and apparently no other manager above you speak to about the issue would be reporting to BBB about this

This bank is garbage. Both drive up ATMs have been broken for months. Their website and app are also garbage.
